Popped into the Portsmouth branch to sort my granddaughters Citroen car.she damaged the front wheel in a pothole.wheel was straightened and 2 new tyres fitted at a competitive price within an hour.she was well pleased to be back on the road so quickly.thanks

This is my second time to Setyres Hove, first to fix a puncture and today for an MOT.
Thank you to Nathan and team for their efficient, professional and great guidance given. Previously used another Garage until recently due to poor service. Highly recommend the Hove team- Amazing!

Popped into today to have some tyres done. I don’t normally do reviews however I do believe in credit where credit is due. Twice lately I’ve been into Setyres Totton . You cannot fault the service they offer, Fast, Professional and very friendly and extremely helpful with information and advice. Unlike their near by competitors who I definitely won’t be using again in the future they could learn a lot from Setyres. Thanks again guys👍

This one star is just for going through the door . The man on the desk was the most rude and unhelpful person who should get another job. Would never go there again

Very rude behaviour from the Reception Guy.
Booked an appointment for tyres through Asda Tyres. Soon I've arrived the staff went there was a very long wait time. I then asked how long the waiting time was? The staff went. I can't tell you as they have to deal with their customers first, and then they will squeeze me in. I finally had my turn after over an hour wait. Overall, the whole experience was a nightmare. I will not recommend this Tyre Shop to anyone and Avoid this awful place if you can.

MOT booked but car developed ominous "rattle" beforehand. Told Setyres, they suggested to do the MOT regardless and take things from there. The car failed due to a broken front spring, and 2 advisories regarding some mechanical wear and corrosion. They quoted for necessary repairs, all fine told them to go ahead. They then called back and said that I also needed replacement front tyres as they were both "bald" on the inside edges. Not that I had noticed - but ok got them as well. MOT passed. When I picked up the car I asked the manager why the "bald" tyres hadn't been noted on the failed MOT. I was then given a lecture about his opinion of the inadequacies of MOT tests and told that a car can pass an MOT even with illegal tyre wear. I don't know about that, but I would have expected an MOT garage, specializing in tyres, should have noticed two bald tyres and noted them as fails/advisories. I think the truth is that they simply made a mistake but weren't straight enough to admit it. I didn't appreciate the lecture and won't be going there again.

Had an MOT booked at Setyres HAILSHAM in East Sussex in October 2023, Mot was aborted apparently by the tester he told me that I had Diesrl leaking from the offside rear (VW Transporter) I had a look whilst on Setyres ramp and could see a green fluid dripping from said area. I argued the fact with the tester that the fluid leaking was most certainly not diesel to which the arrogant and rude tester continued to tell me that it was diesel. I collected my key and left the premises only to get a short distance to find that I had no brakes (Warning light on dash now flashing and audible bleeping constantly) I drove the van to them with fully operational brakes and no warning signs/sounds. Had it inspected elsewhere to find that one of the rear brake pipes had been crushed!!!!! Was absolutely fine on dropping the van to Setyres. I wrote a letter of complaint to Setyres Head Office dated 19.10.2023 explaining the ordeal and to date have not received any response from Setyres!!!!!!!
Arrogant and incompetent Mot tester clearly does not know the difference between diesel and brake fluid, in my opinion Setyres “stick to fitting tyres only” absolute disgrace AVOID Hailsham branch at all costs!!!!!

I've had to visit setyres (Tunbridge Wells) a few times now and have always had a very positive experience. Most recently, they kindly offered (which I accepted) to drop me off 2 miles away so I could collect my son from school. It was only my MOT so I was hardly a high value customer but they were more than happy to help!

What an unpleasant experience by an unpleasant operative.
This is Setyres Sudbury, the guy who is the face of the company so rude, should stay at home.
I took my wallet elsewhere.

Got a problem with my car the battery was draining overnight so phoned garage explaining the fault they said bring it in So did so and told them once again something was draining my battery they said leave it with us .
After a considerable walk home got a phone call saying something is draining your battery and we can't do anything about it. So another considerable walk to pick the car up again.You couldn't make this up why did they except a job they couldn't do.

I went to the Sevenoaks branch this morning to buy 5 tyres for my land rover and wanted to ask a member of staff if this was possible on a Saturday morning. I approached the fitter,who was very busy smoking a cigarette beside the tyre fitting machine,to ask a question and he immediately interrupted me,saying,”go into the office”. I started to ask again,to be interrupted again with “ask in the office. His attitude was so rude that I left before I did something that we would possibly both have regretted. Needless to say,I didn’t buy the five tyres I needed and will never attempt to deal with this firm again.This person was the oldest fitter there,quite short, smoked roll-ups,small moustache,big attitude.clearly didn’t want to be working and cost Setyres about £700 in lost sales.incidentally, I was surprised that Setyres allowed smoking inside the premises.

Prompt tyre replacement when the Uckfield workshop was clearly rammed.

Lovely chap , Tom , from Tunbridge Wells branch came out and did a mobile tyre change and advised wheel alignment needs checking

Car taken to Setyres, Lancing Branch as a result of trye pressure warning. Checked, a report made that one tyre had a screw in it and another was perished both needed replacing (false), the remaining two tyres also perished but not as bad (false). The car is only a few years old and no way could tyres be perished, the puncture was repaired at Yeomans Main dealer. The remaining tyres OK. Setyres refused to even repond to my complaint. Disappointing that these false reports made. Never again!!

Excellent service. My car alert kept saying I need a new rear tyre. Took the car in and they could've stung me for a new tyre but they checked and said the tyre was still good. I used them once before and then they could've sold me a more expensive tyre but sold me one that was most cost effective for me. Also saw them advise a woman in an honest way about her tyres where they could've easily ripped her off. Guaranteed repeat custom from me. Even saw the manager going out of his way to defend a nearby shop owner from some troublesome kids today. Very friendly, helpful and above all honest staff.

Have been taking my old Honda for MoTs at Farlington branch for many years. Reception staff always polite and knowledgeable and contact me as soon as the test is complete so not hanging around all day.
They have also carried out other work for me in the past which has been hassle free and competitively priced.
I would definitely recommend the Farlington branch.

Natham and B&H Setyres, highly recommended. Very professional setup. Will carry out work at very reasonable prices. But no pressure whatsoever on customers, to choose option.
