Brought my car in for a tyre replacement. All went well until they didn't return my lugnut remover. After 4 calls and 'repeated' searches they said they didn't have it and wouldn't help any further. They basically stole my lug nut remover that's worth £30. Avoid at all costs.

Walking my dog, one of these vans pulls right infront of me and blocks the pavement completely. I asked the guy to move politely so we could carry on and I got given abuse and told to go around which meant walking in the road in a blind spot to on coming traffic. I took pictures and got more abuse from the driver. All I was asking him to do was to leave some pavement space for people to walk past. If this is the attitude you get when not even hiring this company, I would avoid at all costs !!!

Very unfriendly and abrupt when dealing with customers in the Foots Cray branch.

The guys at hailsham went above and beyond,dealing with pressure like professionals.

Fast reliable service, having work done to my car for a while now at Setyres Hove, always seem reasonably priced, and even gave me a 10% discount which I was not expecting. a good service and polite, helpful and reliable staff

setyres tunbridge wells (northfarm) got there 8.10 am the guy in reception very rude he doesn't know how to speak to the customer I ask him I need same Tyers I ask him to go and check he come back and said I need 4 Tyers I said ok I ask how how its going to take he said 1 hour 3 hours later I got up and ask this guy in reception what's going on he went and check and the car has been ready for while what a experience never going back there again and please stay way from this place is so many tyer places in tunbridge wells

I’ve used the Sevenoaks branch a few times over several years, and always find the staff there trustworthy, efficient and friendly. I’d not go anywhere else for tyres.

A*+.top marks... I have never had an issue, always great service. Yes, Hailsham branch is extremely busy, but they are a great team of lovely guys, thanks to the Manager Gavin King, he will help, advise,talk to you about any issue, or will help find a solution. Highly recommended 👌

Maidstone rocky hill branch, asked manager to check battery and was no problem at all even though very busy, checked whilst we waited, lovely chap

Visited the Burgess Hill store to have a tyre replaced due to a puncture. I was told to drop in and no need to book an appointment but still waited 45 minutes for the vehicle to be seen - was not updated or informed of the wait time. The tyre was eventually replaced. The staff were rude and did not have any customer service skills. They even lit a cigarette inside the workshop before proceeding outside.

I returned the following day as the ABS light was flashing. The mechanic said they fitted wrong size tyre the day before. He replaced it.

There is limited parking (6 spaces, 2 rows of 3) on a busy main road. Reversing out of the space and into the workshop is extremely dangerous when backing onto a main road and public footpath.

Reluctant to return back due to the experience I received.

Mateusz (Mathew) the operator of mobile tyre service from Hailsam Set Tyres was absolutely brilliant and really couldn't be more helpful. I would thoroughly recommend Set Tyres as this is not the first time I have used them and they always provide a really good service. Martin Jenner

Visited set tyres maidstone on sat to get two new tyres for my daughters car, very professional service with a free wheel alignment check, which needed slight adjustment, which after I got home the daughter confessed to clipping a kerb 🤦‍♂️ value for money and would recommend 10/10

Rang Hastings setyres as we had pothole damage to our car and some trim underneath was hanging loose touching the ground. Our regular garage wasn't interested in helping quickly to keep us on the road, but this garage were. We were fitted in that afternoon and a quick repair carried out, and they didn't charge us which was very kind as we haven't used them before. All staff encountered were very friendly, and the initial phone call was friendly and helpful as soon as they answered the phone. So good (and rare) to get such good customer service. Would recommend.

Busy Garage, Friendly and Efficient Staff !! Went in this morning to SETYRES in Sevenoaks. Ordered a Bridgestone tyre Friday p.m. There and ready for fitting. at 10 a.m. Fair price. Manager at desk was great and the fitter we had was quick, but most of all, very pleasant. Highly recommend.

Setyres Hove. Quick and without fuss two tyres on van. Just how it used to be, Will have no problem in using them again in future.

A couple of days ago I bought through Asda tyres 2 top premium Continental tyres and were replaced by budget/midrange ones.
Thanks to Ben I wasn’t late for my appointments and the correct tyres were fitted promptly .

Had brakes and tyres fitted today at setyres Epsom.
As always superb service can’t fault them any way

Setyres Uckfield branch are amazing.
Always fantastic. This-afternoon Ben and the team helped me out of a real spot (double punctures off-side) sadly neither reparable - Ben phoned to explain the situation and his colleague Pete not only replaced the tyres but moved them around to one near-side to match tread on the front.
The hour being close of play.. Pete even fed my old doggo a couple of his biscuits. 🥰😎
By virtue of my job I have reason to view customer service as a dying art I’m this country - so when people go that extra mile, are kind, personable and particularly helpful it really impresses. Thank you Setyres - already a loyal customer I shall be overtly recommending you and I do hope the business owners give you due credit. Thank you so much. Xxxx

I bought 2 new tires and fitted them up front, already on the first day I noticed that the steering wheel was shaking a bit on the highway, a few months have passed since then and I bought 2 new tires up front again in another garage. The driving characteristics of the car have completely changed, the steering wheel has stopped shaking! In the Setyres garage, the wheel balance was done badly, due to a lack of expertise!

I ordered tyres via Asda tyres to be fitted at this specific fitter!
When I arrived there, I found out that my tyres had been sent back to the courier by this place, because there was 'no paperwork' to accompany the delivery, when clearly I had an appointment with those details!

The staff there was rude and did not help me out and I won't be using them again at all!

What a waste of time and fuel with further delays, due to this unorganised fitter!

If I could rate this place zero star, I would but one star is being too generous for them!
