Outstanding customer care
I bought a watch bracelet from SeriousWatches and there was a small problem with the fitting of one of the end links. They sent me a replacement end link but it got lost in the post. After contacting them again, they apologised and sent me another bracelet so that I could use one of the end links and I said would return the bracelet to them. In the end they said I could keep the second bracelet as a spare free of charge. This companey went above and beyond with their customer care. I would thoroughly recommend them

I found the watch I wanted I didn’t however realize they were in the Zetherlands or I would have asked for a tshirt or a Hat lol they were very nice they even wrapped my item I felt like someone special not just a regular guy that has this disgusting fascination with mechanical watches and clocks not sure. I asked to return my watch and they…
I asked to return my watch and they have their own scam let alone the overpriceing for a watch Go to Wise for a watch for the correct price. The watch in question was sold as new. they just stated that it was owned before. It is a beautiful watch but the face of it, is supposed to glow in the dark. I does for about 1/2 hour. My bad I didn't ask. I think it is why the last owner sent it to them but that is only speculation. How can you say a watch is not new when you have to start it and check the features. This according to them , that makes it a used watch. and they will decide how used it is when they receive it. This watch was $1020.00 I was offered $50 to keep it. That smells to me like a scam.

You then asked to return it a over a week later after wearing, as you found different (non limited edition) models being offered (although sold out) on the retailers website.
We price our pre-owned watches according to the market, which can be above the MSRP or below the MSRP, depending on the market, demand and what other people are selling it for. The piece you opted to buy from our store, without any prior communication, is a very popular, beautiful piece that we priced according to what others have been selling for on the secondary market.
And at this point we had accepted your proposal (at our expense) to make you a happy client, so we're taken a little aback at the review, but we hope we can renew our communication - as ultimately this review is unfortunate but if you're feeling displeased that is what matters most!
