The most comfortable underwear I’ve had in a long time, well designed, excellent material

Well, the current design allows a tiny bit of extra material where your scrotum sits, but to describe this as a “pouch” is extremely misleading.
The common understanding of a “pouch” is something you’re able to put something into, right ?? Well not in this case. Ok if you have the scrotum and ball size of a prepubescent 10-year-old boy, you might be able to fit it “into” this area, but once puberty hits forget it.

Some people actually describe this “pouch” as more of a “hammock” which is bizarre at best. Men don’t need “hammocks” for their balls, they have a scrotum for that which has evolved to do an exceptionally good job of healthily maintaining your balls temperature for optimum fertility and its muscles are more than enough to provide you with “support” unless you have an underlying medical condition such as a hydrocele or other scrotal swelling.

What the design concept of these underwear is all about is keeping everything “separated” hence I assume the brand name “Separatec”.

What the current design does is actually the opposite, in that due to the lack of a proper anatomically sized and formed “pouch”, the underwear squeezes and squashes your ball up against your perineum and the inside of your thighs, increasing their temperature, causes excessive sweating and promoting jock itch and potentially a reduction in fertility.
Now this isn’t due to a size fitting issue, I am just an average sized guy down there, I know this for a fact as previously mentioned, and I have ordered and am using the correct size of underwear, this is simply a very easily remedied design floor.

If you turn your Separatec underwear inside out and examine the construction of the second “pouch” you’ll find it constructed from two small panels sown together down the middle and to the main part of the underwear around its edge. Its capacity is completely impractical for anyone post puberty.
The very simple fix would be to change to size of each panel so that when it is sown together it has the capacity to accommodate the scrotum without undue squashing in the same way the pouch for the penis does.
I would say the average adult male's scrotum has the potential volume and size when warm of that of a tennis ball,
Any “pouch” should be able to easily fit without compression that volume, otherwise it becomes, at best, an uncomfortable gimmick.

The biggest failure of all the “pouch” brands of underwear I’ve trialled is that they just simply do not do the job they claim in their advertising.
All the other brands I have tried would require a major redesign to achieve their claims, but Separatec only really needs to do a minor change the cloth pattern size and shape for the scrotal pouch without actually having to change its design or construction.

Come on Separatec be the first on the market to "give the sack a sack" and make an effective and truly dual pouch pair of underwear designed for the average male anatomy.

I sent my review to Separatec several weeks ago for their comments first before publishing which they completely ignored which seems par for the course of experiences here of their customer services.

You choose if you'd buy a product from a company which fundamentally doesn't do what it claims then ignores it's customers.

I ordered a new style of this underwear to try. I ordered my size from their size chart and the underwear are too large. Now they do not want to exchange or refund because I tried one pair on out of three....

SEPRATEC rather loose a client then make this right!

My first pair I received were briefs, I’m not a huge fan of briefs but tried them and found them to be pretty comfortable and everything fits where it’s supposed to. So later I ordered 3 pairs of the boxers, they are really soft but the pouch hole for penis sits to high making it difficult for your penis to stay in. And also trying to gain access for urinating is not easy because the flap wraps up to high. It’s a good idea but they need to pay attention to a males anatomy

No delivery of $73.00 order. No customer service response after two emails. Don't buy this product! I just wish I had read the reviews on this company before I purchased. Obviously scam artists.

Finally got tracking information. Site said it was delivered! Notified company that no delivery was made on the date stated because USPS doesn't deliver on a a federal holiday (11-11-22). Company apologized for the screwed up tracking information when contacted again. Package finally showed up at the end of the following week. Overall, disappointed. Sizing off. Large is really XL size. Too much fabric in groin area.

I received a pair of shorts and wanted to return for a smaller size. I sent several emails over a period of two weeks. I also sent a message through the company website. I've heard nothing from them. Not sure how long it takes for them to respond but two weeks seems excessive to me. I'll write another review if and when I ever hear back from them.

My order was never delivered to me and their customer service offered to reship the order or give me a gift card rather than a refund which is what I requested. They stopped responding to my emails after I asked for a refund to my original payment method and have pretty much taken my $75 from me. They are crooks and clearly lack respect for the customers that keep their business running.

The boxer briefs are the best men's underwear I have ever worn Period !!!! So I got these after years of my testes sweating and just to dam hot as well as my penis being always smashed together. Before after sex with the wife and putting briefs back on I would always sweat and itch, now testes are separated and held up like my wife is holding them, I love it. Okay I may not be well endowed but without an erection I may have 4 to 6 inches hanging there to insert in the separate penis hole. it's awesome it lets my penis hang instead of being squished with my testes. You look down and think hey that's not bad. My wife actually gets excited seeing the outline of my penis. The wife loves the fact she can pull the erect penis through the hole in front. I think it's got to be healthier for the penis to be in that position. I bought 1 box of 3 boxer briefs to try and 2 days later bought 3 more boxes and threw out every old pair I had . I'm sold, these things are the best !!!!!

I was really looking forward to trying these boxers, but unfortunately they're just not for me. The separation is initially comfortable, but as you move around, sit down etc things just don't stay put and it ends up being less comfortable that standard boxers with a pouch. I've emailed Separatec numerous times over the last couple of weeks to return the unopened packs and have been completely ignored.

bought almost $200 worth of underwear and it still has not came. emailed and facebook messenger to them multiple times but no response... i then find this review page online to realise i have most likely been duped. go with another company.

Best underwear I've worn period. Its like wearing nothing at all. My balls have a pouch and my cock has one too. Definitely make you look nice and big in front, love that.

Excellent product. Been wearing this brand for 1yr and half . Very comfortable . Great for separating the penis from the balls . Would highly recommend to any guy to try .

Requested to cancel order 20min after order was placed. Got an aknowledgement of cancellation and order was still shipped. Very unprofessional and unethical.

I've been wearing the Separatec Sport for about a month and I gotta tell ya, they are some comfy drawers. Separatec takes "silky" to the next level. I was a bit concerned at first because of my 7.2x6.1 package, but the whole was neither too large or too small and my boys slid in without a fuss. As others have mentioned, they do somehwhat enhance your package... So after showing them to my partner a feeding fest was sure to follow!!!

This is one of the best underwear for men's.
The quality is very high and the separaten is work very well.
I do not wohnt wear any other underwear the pouch System is the best for the bedt Part of the Man.
