Hamster Mail is quite a fantastic subscription box service for any hamster owner! The snacks they include in their monthly boxes are all of high quality and are great as supplemental snacks to treat your hamster to. The small foraging props also helped with populating my hamster's enclosure with more stuff for her to root around with or hide near. The hats are definitely are more of a vanity thing but they do make her look very charming for a few photos. All of these came as expected and on time, and Georgina was super friendly and helpful when I came to her with a support question regarding my own subscription. All in all, I definitely think the service is worth the money if you like to treat your little furry friend!

We love HamsterMail! My daughter always looks forward to receiving her packages and especially loves the theme options. We’ve experienced fantastic support from the team, especially after the loss of our special guy, Humphrey and addition of our new special guy, Gordie. Great personal service, quick reply, and a great product. The only subscription service I’ve maintained beyond the initial period as we have been so pleased.

Scam company. Never received a box or a refund.

Do not order from this company! Scam business! Ordered from this company and when I didn't receive my parcel after a week, I emailed them to be told my order was cancelled and they would send a refund that day. After 10 days of no refund, I emailed the company again and never got a reply. Still waiting on a refund that I now know I will never get. My advice would be stay well away!
