I ordered the advent calendar…

I ordered the advent calendar relatively early in the month and was hoping it'd arrive next week or the second week of December. I've expressed my disappointment of getting it so late that I told them I'd rather cancel and refund it, which they didn't do. I wanted this to be a moment to spend/treat my rabbits as it's my girls' first Christmas and it might be my last Christmas with my oldest rabbit and I've never been able to get them anything special due to limited income.

Upon getting it, quite a few spots looked like the treat fell apart since it is hay baked with herbs and flowers and breaking them out shows how easily fragile the box is assuming that was intentional for the rabbits to pull open, not the owner but I had to in order to use the intended purpose and just give it to them since there's literally one and a half days left for them to do it themselves.

Got a subscription box half of the things I already have from my local pet shop was hoping for some more interesting things, also in both of my two boxes I have received so far there has been a treat they can't eat due to some of the ingredients on the Christmas one there is a build able tree treat that contains vegetable glycerin and cornstarch no small animal should ingest these

Absolutely Fabulous

Aw The Happy Bunny Club has great customer service.

I have a very fussy bunny when it comes food, so I was a bit hesitant in ordering a Christmas Box for Poppy but I got in touch with the company and explained my situation and they were more than happy to accommodate Poppy with treats I knew wouldn’t be wasted, there’s nothing more annoying when you get these kind of boxes and half the products have to be binned because you have a fussy eater.

I give them 5 items I thought Poppy might like and they emailed back saying “We normally add 6 products to the box” and asked me if there was something else Poppy would want.

Now you don’t get customer service like that every day.

Poppy’s box arrived today and she couldn’t wait to get stuck in.

Thank You HBC For Your Wonderful Service.
