Professional Camera Repairs
I Had given up on having my Canon EOS Camera and Kodak CX 4300 repaired as Canon and Kodak do not support the modelsanymore, and Sendean Cameras were recommended. The job to repair was professionally carried out and both cameras are now in good working order. Not sure about the repair costs
Quality Service
I have used Sendean for several camera repairs and have always been happy with the quality and cost of the repair and reliability of the service. This repair proved to be no exception. There is good communication throughout the process. I like being able to get a low cost repair estimate before deciding whether to proceed. I have used the camera for several months and an confident the repair as solved the fault. issue has been
Quick, efficient but maybe a little pricey
After finding Sendean online, I took my camera to their premises for a repair, The staff were courteous and efficient and seem to know their stuff. They took my camera in and sent me a quote for a repair a couple of days later. The repair cost was a little more than I expected, but I needed the repair. The repair was done quicker than the lead in time given, and i was abler to pick it up immediately.
Beware the pricing
I've had my Hasselblad 500cm since the mid 90s and know it like the back of my hand.
Its had a couple of services and had been suffering from a sticky shutter, so I took it to Sendean’s and left it with them for an estimate.
They emailed to tell me that the camera needed a repair and that a repair and service would cost £509!
The repair only would cost £420!
I declined their offer.
When I went to pick up my camera, I found that the shutter no longer fired. When I asked them why the camera was no longer functional, they spun me a story about a broken spring needing to be replaced and it being a common problem with these cameras.
I told them that I understand the workings of my camera and there is nothing wrong with the spring.
I suspect that the camera had been tampered with so that it looked like it needed the repair.
They attempted to negotiate a feeble deal with me, however, I simply took my camera to Classic V, who gave it a full service (no replacement springs needed) for £240.
My Hasselblad runs like new again.
Save yourself the time and money. You don’t need to use Sendean Cameras.

Service of old Carl Zeiss binoculars
Lucky to have found Sendean. Did a great job of cleaning and servicing 30+ year old binoculars, now fully working again and a joy to have. Good communication about the work throughout, very pleasant people to deal with.
I have a collection of cameras from all eras.
I have a collection of cameras from all eras from the 1930's tto present. It is is important to know there is someone who can look at and repair these cameras. In my case they are not static objects but used on a regular basis.
Seandean Cameras - excellent service.
My camera was faulty and Sendean Cameras was able to repair it whlist other competitors refused it due to lack of parts and technical support.
Everything was clear during repairing process with excellent communication through.

Many Thanks to Sendean Cameras team.
Excellent service
I thought my camera was not repairable. Sendean, provided me with a quote swiftly and repaired my camera in time for me to take it on holiday, which I thought would never happen. Great service, super efficient and friendly. Couldn't recommend them more.
Great service overall
My Rollei had been sitting in a corner for such a long time, I was reassured when the Sendean team took the time to explain their process and how they carry out the work but more surprisingly their follow up comms and flexibility when it came to getting all the service and repair done. They were amazing
Satisfaction on repair work
You were suggested by another camera shop as a good repairer so I came to you from south east London. Your friendly staff on the counter accepted my camera to make an estimate. When received, I accepted and I was not disappointed when the work was completed. The camera was like new so very satisfied with the work.
Legends
Dropped my grandfathers Ziess Carl Jena binos, broke them. I looked everywhere for someone who could fix them. The head of Zeiss repairs said there was no chance - too old, no parts. Sendean Cameras did no dramas, binos in better nick than before. Thank you!
Camera was fixed in good time

2014 Canon 1DX electronic issues
2014 Canon 1DX electronic issues, parts had to be ordered, which took a few weeks. Camera fixed and returned, all working well, no issues. Excellent customer service.
Thorough, professional and friendly service
A very thorough, professional and friendly service. I greatly valued the ability to send in the camera and have it returned to me by post, and all my queries about how this would work and the feasibility of a repair were answered. The repair did take a while, about a month in total, though for the most part I'm happy to put this down to a very through job of assessment of the problem and the subsequent repair. From notification of completed repairs to despatch took the longest time, and the only area that wasn't great. Everything else I couldn't fault.
The repair cost was at the upper end of what I had been quoted elsewhere, but again for the thorough job it was worth the extra money.
Will happily trust with my camera again.
The work was done quickly
The work was done quickly, after the lenses were sent to them. They keep you informed, and respond to questions quickly.
Great customer service
Great communication throughout from my 1st phone contact through to return of my repaired Canon lens which was no longer supported by Canon repair centres. Repair was completed quickly and the lens is as good as new.
