Very bad communication
I wish never approach them

Tanya was very helpful. Video system worked well but the audio had a lot of background noise.

Initially I faced some difficulties with entering their online system- I was sat waiting in the room for someone to turn up. However, I got a call the next day to explain why I encountered the problems and the person sincerely apologised was very professional about it, she explained how to book again, which was successful.

My meeting was with Scott; he was professional, friendly and knowledgeable, thus my previous thoughts were banished.

Technology can be problematic and we shouldn’t be quick to judge on these basis!

Hi Kim was very professional and new what she was doing. She made me feel confident in her straight away

Daisy was intelligent and very informative. She guided me through all of the options and processes available. I took the call only to assess the cash offer, but now I've listed my property with them. So far, so good

Scott was very good. Explained the selling points or the Agency well. Clear about charges and marketing capability. My suggestion to Scott is not to talk too much about sell now because of the stamp duty window. That point can be over played. But very good overall.

Daniel really informative and knew his market and products. I would recommend highly.
