We received an unsolicited letter from this company. It’s extremely misleading, even the lady I spoke to seemed to know it was misleading and a hook to get vendors to telephone and sign up for their agency.....as for Express Agents...they are expensive, tie you into an exclusive 20 week contract, if you withdraw and then put it b ack on their 20 weeks run again, til completed. It’s no a con, just not good business for you the seller....may work in big cities but if you’re rural, don’t touch with a barge pole !

I have no complaints at all with service given. Scott was honest friendly without having a pushy sales person attitude. He was polite and respectful but also seemed empathetic to my situation.
To be honest, I was not expecting such a good response, despite no resolution currently. But I would want him following up my case later with no hesitation.

Jessica was friendly, knowledgeable and informative. There was nothing pushy about her and she took my views into account. Selling my house to them is not for me, but I am seriously considering using the estate agency branch.
