Dhruv Shah in Kingston branch was really polite and gentle. He return my goods and replace them. The delivery was very smooth and he called me back to confirm if the products have been delivered.

1st visit, looked online at 25kg bags of ballest £1.90,went to store £3.60,spoke to sales and they said its different prices, according to where you pick up. Misleading!
2nd visit, I went for cement, big advert outside store £5.25 a bag. Went and got 2 bags, and charged over £16,asked why, and told I had picked weather proof bags, and not paper bags, sale looked to see if they had stock, 120 bags, but for delivery only. Sales asked manager if they could get some down off top racking, but declined, saying I would only save a couple of quid, and wouldn't be worth it. It would of been over £8.
Darlaston building supplies is far more helpful, cheaper and open on a Sunday.

Whenever something isn’t immediately available, he goes the extra mile by contacting suppliers and doing everything he can to find the best solution.

selco catford. I went there to buy some plywood 5.5 mil planning to use the cutting service the advertise on Google having the 2.4 by 1.2 meter boards cut into four board 1.2 by 0.6 meter but they didn't have anybody who could cut it for me so since they sell already cut 1.2 by 0.6 meters boards at a higher price I ask them to sell me these boards at the same price of the bigger ones since it was therefore fault not being able to offer me the cutting service. not only they refused but they were also very unfriendly

Lukas at Kingston Selco helped package up my items so they was easily transportable. I didnt have a van and needed it quickly so couldnt wait for a delivery slot. Very kind gesture, that made my day.

All the staff i spoke to were wonderfull. They all helped me so much. wonderful staff working there. Was a pleasure to visit and got everything i wanted even bought 4 bags of topsoil that were on offer well done Selco.

Material prices need to be more competitive especially on everyday materials timber as well I can get discount in most mayor building suppliers if I ask for better prices I spend about 40.000.00p a year at jewso cos they will do there best on prices for me

Have used Selco for a while now, and they always provide good service. Vimla especially always goes beyond in assisting with orders, and booking prompt delivery. She has a warm friendly nature, and is always a pleasure to speak to, so much so that we personally ask for her for every order we place. had some trouble with my account when ordering materials (Vindictive ex partner closing my account) I spoke with Mark behind the till. What a lovely man, so supportive and helpful. Got me back up and running, took time to speak to his accounts department and ensure it couldn’t happen again. That’s the kinda customer service you need 👊🏽

They all useless I went yard to pick sharp sand jumbo I have to wait for 30 minutes, all peoples talking , they don’t care

I bought Traupline from the Hayes branch to safeguard my shed against heavy rain. However, upon opening the package, I discovered numerous small holes on the crease, which caused leaks, resulting in my entire shed getting wet.
