Very happy with Adesso and I would absolutely recommend them overall. My small higher-risk business did not apply for a specific tax credit because no firm would work with our numbers since we're not clearing millions. Adesso was willing and responsive throughout a two-year process. Even with staffing changes that could have derailed everything, Adesso stepped up, took charge, and got it done. It took time, yes, but we were patient and Adesso came through. While we only worked with Adesso for tax credits, I would go to them for small business lending. Truly grateful for Adesso!

I had the pleasure of working with Addesso captial for my back taxes on salaries. The team at Addesso was through, efficient and got me all the rabates, due to me on this program. The delay in payment was only on the side of the IRS. In particular in the past year I work with Jane Hartle, she was very proffessional, efficent, provided great customer service and ensured that all my vouchers due to me was received.

I have worked with Adesso Capitol since the beginning of the ERC refund promises from the IRS. My Adesso Capitol Representative has been accessible by email, text and phone calls when needed. They have done their best to answer my questions.

Failed to process ERC refund. Then was less than truthful about it .what should have taken 3 months took over 15 months.

Absolute waste of time, money and stress. Adesso 360 folks are completely incompetent scam artists. Don’t pay them a dime. There is not a low enough rating system out there for these clowns.

I wish I could give this company zero stars or less. I signed up with them over two years ago to file ERTC claims. Still waiting and if they actually answered the phone or returned an email, it might be possible to solve the problem. This company is either a scam or incompetent.

SCAM. They took $400 to file some refund I supposedly missed out on in 2021/2022. The IRS notified me that they filed too late so I don’t qualify. Since this was the companies fault, not mine, I called and asked for a refund which they agreed. I never got my refund and now when I email or call they give me the run around and pass me off to the next guy. I was clearly scammed and so angry they are treating me like this.

I have been working with these guys on my ERC return credit since July 2023 and have nothing but great experience!
They were professional during documentation prep,filed timely my paperwork,due to IRS moratorium on processiong new claims,there is a delay in my erc refund.They are proactively sending me emails informing me on the status of my claim,if I call or email,they respond timely !I wish I can rate them 10 stars!Nowdays rare to find something like this!

ive been dealing with adesso captiol since September 2023 when I started the process to get my FFCRA credit so far this company has gone above and beyond for me and even after an error in mailing something to the wrong address they were able to fix the problem and get me my paperwork I needed so far I received one check back from the IRS for my FFCRA credit for 2021 and my other is still pending due to the paperwork error that has now been fixed these guys are not a scam and have been very helpful and if you just do the paperwork and wait the 20 weeks it takes for the IRS to process it you will possibly have a good result like me. These guys have been a valuable help in this whole process and took all the difficult redtape out of the process will work with them again anytime.

They took my $150 saying I qualified for $1760 in FCCRA credits. I entered all info and did TONS of research into my tax return they would amend to get me the credit. Then, I get an email a while later saying “our portal is back up” and asking me to complete my return. They asked for the exact same info I already gave them, and wanted more money. I emailed them with lots of questions and am yet to hear back. I did however get a mass email stating “our portal was shut down, but we have a new one”, and I was asked to enter the same info a third time. I’m out. I lost $150 for nothing. And they’re total trash.

This review is specifically about Adesso Capital in regard to its FFCRA product. I received a dubious piece of mail at my business location from Adesso Capital suggesting that I was entitled to a significant tax credit. The quoted number just over twenty thousand dollars and the document claimed that I was probably unaware that I was owed these funds, claiming "we are dedicated to simplifying the process of securing FFCRA tax credits rightfully owed to self-employed individuals like yourself." One of the first giveaways that something was wrong, is that Adesso never shared its fees upfront, and they are not readily accessible on the website. Perhaps they are buried in the terms and conditions of using the product? In any case, I did not see them. If you are running a reputable business, there is no reason to obscure your fees, especially if you are "dedicated" to helping small business owners who are "owed these funds". In order to submit the owed tax credit application, it was necessary to pay a $150 fee. I was OK with this, as a one time fee. After paying, I noticed that it was intentionally confusing if my payment to Adesso was now complete. As I added more information to the portal, the amount of money I was estimated to receive rapidly diminished. It was suggested that I pay more fees to complete my filing. Again, the total fee Adesso would take from whatever tax credit I *might* receive was not mentioned. At this point, I had a series of correspondences with Adesso employees through their customer service email. In a similar pattern, the rep pushed me to make payments while being vague and avoidant in response to direct questions about their fee structure. In my final email to their customer service I wrote,

"So another $150 in order to hopefully receive a credit/ refund check of 450?
Effectively paying $300 in admin fees to receive $150 (450-300 =150)? "

A form email response confirmed my suspicion. This company is not a friend to small business owners.

The financial and professional behavior of this unethical. They were not helpful and want to collect money without completing their contracts.

Overall, I have a good experience in-terms of responding my questions on time.

It started off pretty good with the customer service. Help until you guys forgot to take your money out before I was paid. Then I was contacted numerous times about money. I owed because you didn't take your payment. Out then I referred people and I never received my referral fee. I also completed a survey and was promised A. Amazon gift card and never received it

I’ve been going at this for 4 months. I give them the same info and responses and they always email me asking for the same info. I just got another email asking for the same info yet again. I already paid $552 processing fee 4 months ago. I’m about to do a charge back and show my cc company the amount of times I’ve given them the same info and they keep requesting it. I should ask an accountant if I truly qualify.

Simple process, extra cash from Empire1099 was a game-changer. Recommend!
