Always accessible to order rare and hard to find craft bottles. Pick up is easy and fast. Whenever I've had a problem, 1 in 5 years they quickly make it right. Highly recommend!!

Ordered two bottles on Monday , was notified that they shipped on Tuesday and I would receive on Thursday. On Wednesday, UPS hadn’t received it yet. I told Seelbach’s on Thursday morning this and they said sorry, it’s going out today. On Friday, UPS still hadn’t received so I asked Seelbach’s if they could cancel the order. A few hours later they told me OK.
An hour later they let me know that the items were out of stock anyway. On Saturday I deleted their app from my phone.

This review is towards those responsible for putting the orders together. The two most recent orders that arrived have had missing bottles, and this happened within a matter of two weeks.

The first one, I was notified that one of the bottles I ordered was “sold out” a few days after I received the tracking number, meaning the order had already been shipped out. Once that package arrived, there were two bottles that were different from what I ordered. I contacted customer support and we were able to resolve the issue.

The second time, I placed an order for 17 bottles and I only received 15. The packing slip indicates there were supposed to be 16 bottles in the delivery. So one was missing, and the other one was not even included in the packing slip. I contacted UPS and the rep confirmed that all the boxes have been delivered. I then contacted customer support and they are looking into it.

Again, this is not a review towards customer support. I continue to get excellent experience with the support team, but whoever is putting together the orders can definitely improve. Especially since these mistakes happened consecutively.

Had 2 separate orders that got shipped as one and only received 1 of the items, reached out to Customer Service and issue was sorted within a few days, managed to receive the second ordered item in less than a week.

The CS rep was friendly and touched base throughout the process to let me know the progress and ensure we were seeing the same thing on tracking.

Products arrived well packaged and secure, definitely will continue ordering from them.

These guys did everything they could to make sure I had my bottles for a birthday party out of town and did not charge any extra to do it .

I had a problem with an order not showing up. A few e-mails went unanswered, but after I contacted customer service, they took care of the order within a few days. Hats off to customer service for taking care of my order. Thanks

I’m local so I always pick-up in person instead of ship. The process is always very simple and quick. The staff is always friendly. I’ve never had any issues and am very happy with the service as well as the product that I receive.

I have been shopping with Seelbach's for years and am part of their Pro membership club. Recently I reached out to inquire about a specific item. Parker and Alex immediately contacted me and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. They were very responsive and courteous. Even after several years of great products and great customer service they far exceeded my expectations. Seelbach's has a customer for life.

Friendly and nice, great experience

Great selection of some hard to find liquor, amazing private selections and the best customer service in the business. Prices are fair, and their monthly subscription allows for a good mix of whiskeys that wouldn’t normally stumble upon or actively buy. I have been a customer for a few years, and their attention to detail, as well as customer service that makes you feel like you walked into a small mom and pop shop are second to none in this business.

Ludicrous speed reply to minor issue with shipment, I was amazed at how fast, fair and reasonable they were to work with. Makes me wish I had more money to spend with them. Always a pleasure, highest recommendation.

Great experience!! This was my first time using this company. When I ordered my product I didn’t realize I was ordering a day before a holiday. They were quick to respond.
