If you do not want to be disappointed do not buy from this shop. I have purchased an expensive pair of poultry shears which were supposed to be a Christmas present. When I ordered them the website was saying they are in stock and it took my payment with no problems. Prompt order confirmation came via email. Everything was great. A week later, still no shipment confirmation...so I have emailed them to ask when they are going to ship them just to be told that they are actually out of stock. How did their website allow me to order them and pay for them when they didnt have them is a mystery. Clearly their inventory system does not work. They asked me if I want to wait until they are back in stock or if I want a refund. I just wonder what would have happened if I didnt contact them. I presume they would have just kept the money without fulfilling my order. Seems rather dodgy to me.

Ordered Scanpan Classic Roasting Pan early afternoon, it was delivered in 24hours! Amazing service.
Love the pan, my niece in Scotland has the same one, excellent value from Season Green, much cheaper than from other websites. Highly recommend both pan and Season Green.

I ordered a dinner service and was e-mailed to say they had no stock but might be getting more the next day. They didn’t get it but still decided to take the payment. I have emailed back and forth and no problem getting money back but it’s still showing as in stock online!

Great communication from company and will re order when goods in.

My order was never delivered, but related to cv-19, and supplier issues, it all got resolved in the end.

I can't rate Season Green highly enough. The service was fantastic, delivery was quick and the communication was great - including some very helpful hints about the wonderful spun iron wok I purchased. All in all it was well above and beyond the usual customer service received elsewhere. I will definitely be shopping here again. Many thanks Jason!

Really bad experience using season green. Which is a shame because the prices are really competitive.

We’ve purchased a few items from Season Green including some 24 water bottles.
In this latest order one of the bottles had a manufacturing fault and the service we received from Season Green was brilliant. They communicated straight away and offered to replace immediately.
I cannot recommend them more. Good service is everthing!
