We have recently had a full redesign and fit with Shepherds and could not be happier with our new bathroom. We had quotes from 3 suppliers and felt what was being offered by Shepherds in terms of product and service was the better of the 3. From initial quotation through to choosing product we were very happy and booked our refit with Shepherds. We were made aware of lead time and availability beforehand and that met with our expectations. On the first day of our bathroom being removed both Jason and Rob came to site to explain what would happen and from there on our fitter Rob was the main contact. He was great, exceptionally tidy considering the job being undertaken, trustworthy and professional. He checked that we were happy with what was being fitted and his workmanship was fantastic. We have a stunning new bathroom that has exceeded expectation. If you are considering a new bathroom then I would highly recommend Shepherds.

Work was generally satisfactory, but plumber did not arrange drainage as agreed - I am concerned that, if a problem arose in the future, repairs would be more difficult due to plumber changing plan.
Work was completed on 12/01/2024, and full payment made on line on 15/01/2024.
Plumber was very untidy and tools/materials spread around the place.
One or two minor faults have been found, but contacting the proprietor has resulted in being ignored.
Payment has not been acknowledged.
This is reason for only 3 stars.
