Do not Trust Mark and his agency
Be careful with Mark at first he turns out to be a reliable person who answers but is not.
Once I arrived on the day set for months he told me that the room was not available and that it had to be cleaned (as written in the contact), making me stay 2 days in the hotel.
Finally, once inside the house was one of the worst things I have ever seen in my life, it was unlivable because of the level of stench and dirt.
Immediately Mark promised to pay me back the deposit but after 2 weeks I still haven't received anything and he stopped answering me.
Be careful and don't trust him.

Holding fees for rooms are non refundable and you was made aware of this so I am unsure as to why the confusion? The room was held for a month for you to arrive, you did not wish to proceed in the room which is fine but like we said it was non refundable. Thanks
Do not rent from these guys
Do not rent from these guys. Our property is cockroach infested. They will not do repairs and no matter how hard you try SDM just ignore their tennants. Decent properties but they do not care what kinds nd of people they rent to.

Mark made everything very easy for me…
Mark made everything very easy for me when becoming a first time landlord. He took control of everything from start to finish and left me very little to do. Easy to contact with fast responses and results to any questions or problems.

Washing machine replacement
