They were able to help me with a small job straightaway at arrival to their shop on Sydenham road. The service was no fuss and the man that helped me showed knowledge because after listening to what I needed, he quickly assessed and made measurements then completed the task.

Great company to do business with and will continue to do so, as and when required.

After dealing with another company who I found very unprofessional, I thought I would give SDG a try. I can say as soon as I walked into the office that I was met by Vick, who was very polite, helpful and professional. The installers were also very polite and helpful.

Very happy we found this company and the installation who will be our go to supplier for any windows and doors.

About 5 years ago they fitted new windows for me @ my son's house, so when one of my tenants reported a broken patio door last week , I contacted Vic without hesitation, he came on the same day , did a temporary fix & ordered a new door ( made to measure) & came back 2 days later & fitted it. Right from the get-go, Vic was super friendly, helfpul and professional and provided guidance aswell as an extremely competitive quote so we decided to go with them.

Thankfully a neighbour recommended SDG Windows. After receiving quotes and schedules from the larger Uk wide firms opted for them. The manufacturing of the 2 windows particularly the bespoke window which replaces and matches the original design perfectly. On time and professional installation.

The fitters were punctual, professional and efficient. They fitted my new window with quiet expertise, with a minimum of mess and disruption - and cleaned up afterwards. They were very polite and considerate.
This was the 2nd time I have used SDG and would definitely recommend them.

SDG windows installed our 2 enormous bedroom windows in November 2020. Vic gave us all options, prices & estimated fitting date. He delivered on everything and even a few days earlier. His team turned up on the date on time, worked through the whole day. They discovered a problem with non-existing frames in the walls so they had to make new wooden frames. They did an amazing job and finished on the same day! Difference it made is absolutely fantastic, we can’t hear any road traffic or street noise. It’s better than we ever hoped and that’s still the case, after almost 7 months. Can’t praise Vic and his team enough and can only highly recommend their company. Professional, polite, competitive price. I would definitely use them again. Thank you so much!!!

This is the third time we have used SDG Windows and the level of service is excellent once again.
We had porch doors fitted and could not be happier with the quality of the doors and speed in which they were fitted.

The next day we changed our minds about the way the door locked and asked for a change and within 30 minutes someone was there to make the change.

We had 3 windows and a backdoor replaced by SDG. No hardsell. Fitters were pleasant, efficient and cleaned up at the end of the day. One small issue was dealt with and resolved without question within 24 hours. Very pleased with the windows, the price and the standard of workmanship.

The staff are friendly & helpful. They make suggestions which are useful. I shall recommend & use the sdg anytime.
