Ordered at the shop and then waited until sofas were made, delivered on the correct day by two very helpful van drivers

Delivery was good

Ok firtsly let me say the sofa is lovely and comfortable.
The delivery chaps could not turn in the hallway to place it in the lounge.
So they placed it in the kitchen, all was fine
The paint damage on the stair hanrail I am happy to repaint - no problem.
happy days.
When i spoke to your chap on the phone most polite and apologetic no need.
He also told me - no problem you can take the arm off but will need an upholsterer to do it.
Now it gets interesting.
I suggest
you put a zip in the base cloth to access the bag of feet. great idea.
Why not just put a zip in that allows after undoing the three bolts (marked with an orange paint pen, to allow the easy-off of the wing/arm. Exchange the nuts for wing nuts as you did for the front cover plate and there it is simple no cost to you instruction paper included done.
I am a practical man, took me one hour to achieve.
Now sitting on it in my lounge.

Friendly delivery drivers

From start to finish, everything in our experience went smoothly. On visiting the branch we were given both the freedom to browse and great support when needed. We ordered our sofa, were given an estimated delivery date and got on with life. The sofa was delivered two weeks early which was perfect for us, and the team who delivered were quick, efficient and friendly.

Great guys that delivered my sofa. On time efficient and friendly I felt comfortable with them and they done a great job. BUT unfortunately the quality of the sofa is very poor bad stitching threads pulled attention to detail not good. Such a shame as I love the sofa will be contacting the after care department on Monday

The staff were very welcoming and explained the necessary labelling so we understood what they stood for in relation to the sofa's. We were able to wander the store and take as much time as we liked without any 'sales patter'. When we had a question Paul was there with the answer. When we had tried nearly every sofa we made our decision and Paul was on hand again to explain about the aftercare for our choice. He also explained about the delivery and what that would involve, calculated the cost of our sofa's and discount, which was a bonus so all in all, it was a very pleasant experience and if we need a new sofa in the future we will definitely look here first.

It was a long time to wait for the sofa. However when we were advised of the delivery date the communication was excelent. Regular updates and on the day the delivery drivers kept us informed of expected time of delivery. The delivery men were very polite and efficient. Care was given . Very pleased with product so far.

Magnificent showroom, with great choice to see and try. Backed up by great staff, Andy was excellent taking us through the options with putting any pressure on us. Would not buy something like this just on line now. Sofology made us realise that.
Minor niggle, coffee machine did not work so you owe us a coffee!! Was good experience, sure we will be back.
