Received a text 12 hours before delivery with no contact details so had to go into store to rearrange delivery. Upon delivery the gliders that we’d paid extra for weren’t fitted and the leather care kit wasn’t delivered. I phoned the distribution centre which posted out the gliders for us to fit ourselves, unfortunately I cannot help to lift the couch so these still haven’t been fitted and still not received the leather care kit.
The couch itself creaks when using the recliner which never happened on our old couch.
Extremely Poor customer service.

We were in Warrington shopping and decided to just look in SCS as moving in October and will need a new sofa. No intention of buying today but the store was closing for refurbishment.
Dale and Lisa were amazing. They listened to what my needs were and guided me to the sofas on offer. They even through in a chair and footstool for free. The sofas are amazing quality and delivery tomorrow as they needed the store to be empty.

I was even able to put the massively discounted price on finance and given water and lolly ices while we waited!

Brilliant customer service and would highly recommend.

Got notification of time of my delivery, was able to track the couriers. On arrival both men were very friendly , handeled the lounge suite with care and the assembly was very proffessionaly done.
pictures were taken as proof that the lounge suite arrived without any damage.
My entire experience from time of purchase from Warrington SCS to the delivery of my lounge suite was simply the best.

Our sales man Dale was extremely knowledgeable about the products we were interested in buying. He described well all of the various facilities on the sofa's we were buying. The most attractive thing was the discount that was agreed with us. Oh and the coffee he made was OK for for a tea drinker.

Dale was great assisting us today in purchasing our new sofa. Very knowledgeable. Customer service was fantastic, Answered all questions that we had. We had a very pleasant experience in store.

After ordering my sofa and not receiving yet I have got a refund, however I am still awaiting delivery charge to be refunded. I have been told it takes 14 days but way past that now.
