Extremely helpful

Relaxing atmosphere usually in furniture stores the salesman locks straight onto you it went found it relaxed to look around at leasure and someone to help when required. Ordinary helpful people

We liked two different sets of sofas at Team Valley location but as the floor piece on clearance had already sold out, we needed to visit the Metro Centre retail outlet to see the clearance sofa. As the sofa was available and we liked it, we considered buying from the same location for the sake of convenience. The sales lady did not have product knowledge and was very passively rude. She did and said many things which were offensive. We ended up not placing our order from Metro Centre location and returned to Team Valley the next day to order with a lovely team, who treated us with respect.

Went into the furniture store and was met by Tom he took us straight to the Argenta suite what we wanted all I can say is it was Excellent service purchased it straight away.

Professional staff great product delivery when stated.

The message and app sent on Saturday morning did not match which meant I was unsure as to when Sofa would be delivered. However I was contacted by phone - delivery guys stated they would deliver within the hour which they did. They were great! Sofa installed quickly exactly where I wanted it and tested to make sure all ok. When asking me to sign, explained what for. Love the sofa it’s perfect, and very comfortable. Thank you

Really good selection of sofas at good prices. We were greeted warmly at the door by Lesley and the system explained to us but then left to browse. This was the sixth store we had been in that day so I was getting a bit fed up of being followed around stores and a hard sell so this informative but relaxed approach was welcome. However, when I needed assistance Lesley was nearby to help. The buying process went very smoothly and as promised Lesley called me later with a delivery date to suit us. Would definitely recommend for choice of sofas, prices and service received in store

Trish from Metro Centre very friendly but allowed us to look around without being pressured. Which made us go back to purchase 2 chairs. Will definitely shop again.

The salesperson who I delt with (Clem) was very Knowlegable and informative he was very polite and explained evrything about the Sofa that I eventualy bought. I give him 10 out of 10.

A friendly welcome at the Gateshead store where we were attended to by Abbey who was very informative and, after looking elsewhere, we were happy to go back and place an order. Just have to wait until October for delivery 😫 ..
and hope that it's on time 🤞
As an afterthought I would have liked something a bit more official than a tiny till receipt to confirm the order details 🤔.
Maybe I can go online 🤷‍♀️

The staff at the Metrocentre branch were first class. Very friendly,informative and helpful. They spent some time sourcing our furniture which we were very pleased with.

Showroom is really well set out. Staff were not in your face and let us wander about having a good look at the sofas. When we chose the one we wanted the lady that served us was very helpful

We had looked at a few sofas in different stores but as soon as we saw this one we knew this was the one. The lady who seen to us was very knowledgeable and friendly.

The delivery was earlier than expected. This was a positive not a negative. There was a fault on the fabric on one of the cushions which was reported immediately. Customer service responded within 24 hours and a new replacement is on its way. There was no issues with delivery. Delivery men were brilliant. Having to carry a 2 and 3 seater up a flight of stairs. They assembled sofas and were very jolly.

Great experience, left to browse there when we needed assistance, not pushy, helped us make our choice by showing what was available. Simon really stood out!
The delivery guys were fantastic, our sofa was brought in by very courteous guys, built within minutes, no mess 10/10!

Quick easy to set up they were here 1 second gone the next they were very helpful and they were kind and pleasant people
