Bought a sofa from the Lincoln showroom in the Dec sale. Salesperson was friendly, helpful and there was no pressure to buy. Delivery team were very friendly, well organised and professional. Only minor issue was the sofa was delivered a month later than we were originally told but as we weren’t in a particular rush to get it this wasn’t a big problem for us.

We wanted a corner sofa for our lounge and went to the Lincoln store with the measurements of our lounge, the sales person measured what we were after and assured us it would fit, we waited a couple of months for it as expected and when I came it was to big so we had to leave a section of it out which I now have stored in the garage as its no use to me, there was a cable missing which the delivery guys reported, however we never heard anything from SCS and after several phone calls of which we had to wait about 2hrs for a call back we still got no joy, I ended up going back into the store and spoke to the manager, he said he would look into it, 3 weeks later we've still heard nothing so we have emailed the manager again and we are now being told the cable will arrive in April, so it's taken then from December to April to sort me a cable out yet when you walk in the door to the shop the sales team are all over you like a rash and won't leave you alone.

Store service was great at Lincoln, don't bother with customer support as it's non existent! Phoned to make my balance payment as the email the text promised me never arrived and was told it's a 200 minute wait..😂, Asked for a callback that never came. phoned next day bang on 10.00am when they open and been waiting 20 minutes to date....useless. They clearly don't want my money....

40 minutes now and still no further.....🙄

I'm actually starting to think that there is nobody there.....it's just a sham to make people think they have customer support...😄

Hallelujah....got through at 1hr 26minutes to be given an apology and we are very busy.....yeh I guessed that.

Note the apology on the standard response, they are not sorry, if they were they would get it sorted. Not good enough, next time I'll go elsewhere. A customer lost.

Very good service put the sofas together and took off all wrapping and took the rubbish with them

Poor service Sofa came and the arm dropped off when delivery man was unpacking back in November, we are still awaiting our replacement and now the finance company have started taking payments go a sofa that we don’t have .. an we try to speak to someone and the wait time is 75 minutes . Absolutely abominable device … buy from ScS at your peril !

Was very pleased with the service at the Lincoln branch. The only thing I would say is a toilet for the public to use would be appreciated. We were there for nearly 2 hrs & I expect you could spend longer inshore depending what you are buying.

I visited scs lincoln regarding purchasing a electric powered recliner. I was greeted by Jordan, he showed me what chairs were available, allowing me to try them with his assistance. He showed me all the material coverings I could choose from and explained the option available on protection insurance. All together my visit was truly enjoyable and I left with my new recliner on
