I received the wrong colour suite I ordered dark grey and received a light grey I was out at the time and my partner took it in and signed for it so I decided to keep it but I'm not happy about it

What i liked most about the Bromborough wirral store was that there was no hard sell and no being followed around the store. On entering the store we were approached by Aaron who gave us a quick rundown of the store and the labelling on all the furniture. He then left is alone until we had chosen the suite we wanted. He was very informative and professional and above all friendly and not pushy at all. Beautiful showroom with very relaxed atmosphere and as I mentioned no hard sell. Highly recommended.

Michael at Bromborough was outstanding. Really helpful, knowledgeable, patient and witty . He was especially kind to my elderly mum. The store was modern and smelt fabulous!! Excellent service , fab experience! What’s not to like !

After explaining where stock was in the store, they left us alone to look round which was great rather than being hassled. A refreshing change!

The delivery drivers Steve and Martin were excellent, they brought the sofa and chair in through our quite narrow doorway. Set up both gave a demonstration of how they worked and took away all the packaging. We are extremely pleased with how comfortable the suite is.

Visited whilst we were in the area, not deliberately to buy anything, just to browse.
Greeted by a perfumed showroom and friendly apron clad gent called Michael.
Not pushy or intrusive, just courteous and polite, explained the tag colours on the sofas and left us to our browsing.
We returned the next day and asked Michael to sell us a new sofa suite, was that easy.
Well done Michael and the scented showroom.
