We had texts to let us know what date it was being delivered. Then on the day of delivery we got a call from them to say we will be there at half 10. They arrived on time, checked where we wanted each piece of furniture and put it in that place. They cleaned up after themselves and were kind and respectful.

Great experience from choosing to delivery. Customer advisors ( Tom) so helpful and friendly in the Aintree store.
Furniture arrived 2 weeks before estimated date ( another plus) and the delivery guys were fantastic respected our home and the new sofas, did a very speedy and tidy job !! 10/10 all around .

He was really helpful and done his best to get us a good deal.
I think it's important to have a sales person who understands his customer.
We change our furniture regularly and we would use this store again if we were met with such a nice, understanding salesperson.

Went to poltrone aintree retail park , was greeted by kate ,who looked after me when ordering sofas , what an amazing person so curteous , polite , helpful , told her what my budget was , nothing was too much trouble , she is brilliant , had my sofas ordered in 30 minutes .

Staff in Aintree shop were extremely helpful and delivery men were polite and efficient.

Fantastic service from the moment we walked through the door, greeted by Simon, he was so helpful, really patience, didn't rush us, we looked at a number of sofas, so much to choose from. We picked the perfect sofa, which was very comfortable in the perfect colour, would definitely recommend going there and ask for Simon to help you.

Visited your Aintree showroom on 2 occasions. Staff friendly and helpful, On second visit placed an order and awaiting delivery hopefully early July. I was dealt with by a gentleman on my first vuisit and on the second visit when I placed the order it was Kate.
