Over all it got done however my big items were getting mishandled them being ruff & my furniture got starched. Yes its old but still in great condition. They were suppose to put the drawers back in after placed in truck but didn't. They almost broke the box spring had I not been present to tell them to take it easy "your going to break it" - I gave a tip not bc of a good job but bc it was Hot Out & showed up but My things were handled ruffly & got banged/scraped up.

Scott’s were amazing. We had a nightmare with our house purchase with moving dates being changed and our neighbours effectively barricading us from entering our property on moving day. The team were so professional and helpful - I’d definitely use them again.

We received an excellent service from start to finish. Very professional friendly extremely hardworking team. Couldn't believe how quickly they loaded and unloaded the lorry!!! Also big thank you to Tracy in the office for all her help getting us organised.

Scotts were responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. I had to change my requirements several times as we went along and Scotts were receptive and professional throughout. The removers were polite, respectful and incredibly hard working. The work was done within the time specified. My only adverse comment is that in spite of many detailed plans and information being agreed with the assessor and the office, the removers were not given all the details of my requirements; it would have helped if they’d been fully briefed.

Scott's removed our goods from our old home, organised storage for a long period of time, and then delivered all our property to our new home when we were ready.

The whole process from initial communications, quotation for the move and storage, to delivery was exemplary and transparent. Scotts' always did what they said and at a competitive price. The packing and unpacking service was very helpful and our possessions have clearly been treated with great care.

Additionally Scotts' removals teams and office assistance were always helpful and a pleasure to deal with. They were always on hand to respond too our questions and requests.

We highly recommend Scotts and would will definitely take advantage of their expertise and experience again, should we need this service in the future.

Steve and his team were such a pleasure to work with. Nothing was too much bother for them in their aim to assist us. And they were all smiling and jolly throughout the whole process.

Move in Style have make our new home look amazing. They have even made our random selection of belongings look fantastic, a feat I never thought possible! They worked so hard and so quickly and were also so friendly thought out, it was quite unbelievable to see. We are so happy with how our home looks after their visit!

Ryan and Tracy’s organisation of the dates and all of the other administrative matters have made the whole process seamlessly straightforward.

We recently renovated our flat and hired Scott's to move us out, store our furniture and move us back in when the work was done. From Derek's initial visit, through Tracy's efficient orchestration to the actual moves, it went like a dream. The two different teams, with Robbie as foreman in both cases, were fast, friendly and proactive, packing and unpacking with extreme care and somehow remembering what went where. We couldn't be happier with the job.

Our move into store was always going to be a stressful two days but Scott’s couldn’t have been more generous with their time and nothing was too much trouble for them. The office administration was also very professional and provided us with total confidence that it would all go smoothly. I never had any doubts about choosing Scott’s but our experience this week completely affirmed the decision to engage them. I would recommend Scott’s without any hesitation to anyone moving.

Steve & his team were great. They made a messy internal move & putting some things into storage easy for me. Some stuff went into my garage at the end of a long garden path and this was no problem either. They were courteous, friendly and polite. Their packing of the storage container was amazing to witness.

We moved from our flat on the weekend of the stamp duty relief deadline, i.e. every single other mover in London was booked up. Tracy moved heaven and earth to get us a slot and the movers were calm, professional, quick and respectful. We couldn't have felt in safer hands. Storage is definitely more expensive than average but that's on us for not having time to shop around. Even one snag in the process when we needed to get stuff out of storage was resolved with great speed and thoughtfulness and a human, reasonable attitude which we much appreciated. For the moving process, we couldn't fault them. We've just had everything returned and count one snapped wine glass stem as the entire sum total of damage. And the boxes were cleared away with 48 hours. Tracy is a phenomenal force and should be running the country. Scotts are an amazing service.

Fantastic. The guys were friendly, approachable and nothing seemed too much trouble. Steve, the foreman, was knowledgeable and superb. If moving house again, I would definitely use them. Furthermore, pre-move some requests were made which through Tracey were all sorted out !!!

We had to put our furniture into storage while we renovated our house. Scott's provided a very professional, efficient and friendly service. I highly recommend Scott's.

This was a major move for us, with 16 years and two children between this and our last move. My worry levels were high, we had 100s of boxes to fill and fit into a tiny terrace house. At 10pm the night before the move we were still packing. We didn't get much sleep.
At 9am the next day the team from Scotts arrived, and suddenly things got a whole lot easier. They were calm, polite, diligent, always checking what was being moved, they helped pack the awkward items we didn't know what to do with, and in two hours we were standing in our empty home with just a hoover and some personal belongings. I picked up the keys about 1pm and by 4pm, we were unloaded and moved in to our new house. Unbelievable!
I seriously cannot commend the Scotts crew enough. Just so professional but friendly, careful, and mindful of what it must feel like to move house, so they were never annoyed when we got in their way.
And a further shout out goes to Tracy in the office who was always on hand to answer my stupid questions, and kept us updated every step of the way. Brilliant team, and fairly priced judging by the quotes we got. 100% and a fully deserved 5 stars from us. Thank you ;-)
