I am writing to express my significant disappointment regarding the prolonged delay and lack of clear communication concerning my bike.

Over the past week, I have called daily and each time received vague assurances of a "ready today or tomorrow" timeline, coupled with a promise of a call that never materialized. It is frustrating to repeatedly chase for updates and feel misled by unfulfilled commitments.

The absence of a confirmed pick-up date is unacceptable. My bike is been sitting in idle to be assembled for last 2 weeks. I could have assembled it myself which is also not an option! My bike was supposed to be delivered on 20th May and its been a month delay without confirmed date yet!

Bottom line, dishonest, horrible service and disrespect for customer's time.

Awful! I’m waiting for 3 (three!) months to get the new wheel for my e-bike, and it’s still not clear when it will be done. The only explanation I have for this case is that they sold my bike already.

For a defect on my Qwic e-bike I brought it to scootercity. I advise everyone not to do this. My bike was at scootercity for more than 1 month, they had no idea what the issue was at first and then they had trouble ordering a new part. Communication is very bad, you have to keep calling for an update.
For scooters they can be fine but for e-bikes I say: don't go there.

We bought a super73-ZG- black Fatbike in september 2023 for my daughter. Multiple times a month one of the tires would go flat. Problem is that the outer tires are too thin for the bike. The first few months i just fixed the tires thinking we were just a bit unlucky. After a while it really became clear this is a continuous problem.

I contacted them and they wouldn't help me, despite the fact that this is clearly an error in the used tires for the bike. The person i spoke to kept saying: "a flat tire is not our fault". True, but flat tires all the time is. I said that i could imagine that i am not the only person adressing this problem. He hung up on me. Now we are looking to buy thicker outer tires for the bike.

My advice is to never buy a bike here. We bought a non-functioning bike and received no service.

These guys are rip of merchants, just a warning they will give you a verbal price then when you go to pick up your bike/scooter they will add 2/3 times on top of the verbal price.

They have said it took 1hr and 45 mins to bleed my rear brake, 1 brake! it still doesn’t work great but I’m not letting these unqualified fools work on anything of mine again

The best (or for me, worst) bit, they charged me……€103.74 😡 I found another company who give a fixed price of €20 for this service so over 5 times the cost, no these guys are absolute criminals plain and simple!

so stay away or it’s your own fault when it happens to you.

Never again!…..leaving this review won’t get me my money back but it stops someone else getting ripped off then it will have been worth it

Their mechanics’s must clearly be rubbish at his job if he takes 1hour 45 mins to bleed 1 brake and they still can’t even get it right 🤦🏻‍♂️😡

I went to the shop last week of July, told them the brand of the scooter and what I needed repaired, I was then given an appointment for today, 8th august, not a specific time, only today and when I went there I was told that I was not in the system, no appointment recorded and that they do not even repair agm. Then the person I was talking to started to talk to somebody else, not sorry, no goodbye. They looked at me and at my scooter as if we were garbage.
I am old, not stupid. I was told to bring it today and the person that gave me the appointment said nothing about not repairing agm. Not the first time I received a disservice from this shop.
