After purchasing a pack of electrolytes from a third party, one of the tubes was not as expected so I informed S.I.S. Kam kindly took details and passed to quality team prior to sending out a replacement. Very quick turnaround and professionally managed by Kam!!!!

I'm a SiS subscriber since the subscriptions were launched and the reason is not only the products, but also the support desk. When packages get lost in delivery, they ship you a new batch immediately. It takes a lot of stress out of my training!

The monthly subscription is great as it gives me options to change the flavour of my gels, frequency of delivery and add additional products even late on prior to it being delivered which ensures I have everything I need to fuel all my training.
Excellent product at a very good price (30 gels for £30).
When, for the first time, my subscription failed to arrive recently (no fault of S.I.S), they were very quick to respond and send a new one out which arrived practically the day after I contacted them. Great service

I still haven't received the order!
I still haven't received the order!! I have been in contact with the delivery company, Evri, who failed to deliver the order as planned on the 4th August and have since confirmed to me that they cannot trace the package at the depot, so I'm currently £40 odd out of pocket, with nothing to show for it!
