Thé expérience was great but the fragrances are not it, just that sharp metallic smell in all the perfumes I got. They have been macerating for few months now but still smell so sharp! Not happy sadly

Genuine item buy with confidence, quality fragrances, I got many compliments, the fragrance is very lasting, very good sillage ,

Some fragrances are very expensive and you can can find them with a good price with Scentitlondon. the quality is almost the same and the costumer service is efficient

One night stand : is an original creation by Dua , which blew me away, the opening might confuse you a bit as it seems the opening notes are fighting for dominance, but after 5 mins you have one of the best date night/winter fragances... Scentitlondon, services is to notch, communication excellent, and delivery is unbelievable, Next day delivery, was shocked when the post came with an order made a day before

Fantastic company to deal with customer services are second to none forget to add the discount code or not spend enough for the discount!contact them add another no problem so quick & efficient.
Updates on delivery are clear & regular especially for some that are pre-order new fragrances so waiting to come into stock before being sent out

Really hard to make a return and they will take 20% “restock fee” . I would definitely read the the returns policy before purchasing . I won’t be ordering again

A bit slow with delivery even when the fragrance is not preordered they don’t ship out quick enough sometimes 3 days after placing orders when you check the progress is showing unfulfilled when other stores ships out within 24hours but in Scentitlondon they just take their time to post out your order. I expect the delivery to be not more than 48 hours for the postage price that they charge within the UK, apart from that ScentitLondon is a great place to buy Dua perfumes.
I must also mention that they always reply to emails, all they need to do is to improve on delivery time then you’ll get 10 stars from me.

Ordered placed 2nd June.
And today is 15 June still nothing received despite 6 emails have been sent to them asking the delivery date but there is no response.I am going on holidays on 25th June if they can't fulfill order until 25th june then please refund my money back.
At least they can answer to my emails and sending queries online regarding this order.
They were very good in the past but this time they let me down.
After text messages they resolved my issue.
