SBS insurance has very recently handled my home contents claim on behalf of Churchill Insurance.
The reason for this claim was very traumatic, and potentially life threatening, and Millie handled it all very professionally, but with tremendous empathy, she listened to my waffling the day after it happened, when I was very much in shock, she sympathised, but got straight on to sending the correct people out to survey and assess what needed replacing etc. They all came within 48 hours and were also gentle and caring.

I highly recommend this prompt and caring company.

From submitted claim to near completion took approximately 4 days and I delayed this by 2 days as I needed to supply evidence.

Reported I had ruined a PC with coffee spill on a Friday, and by following Friday had a new replacement PC! Amazingly good service!

Had a claim go through from MBNA to SBS, and even though the transfer over was not easy initially, George Riley called me pretty much straight away once it had been transferred.

He just dealt with everything there and then on the phone. We sent images back and forth whilst talking; he checked things with other people to make sure we could do it immediately, made sure it was all clear, and by the time we hung up he'd already sent me the voucher for my new phone. Didn't have to chase anything or wait around. He was also really easy to talk to, relaxed, friendly, and made the whole thing really painless, which I was not expecting! Thank you

I recieved any call from sbs today
24 hrs after previously making a claim to my insurance provider, the call today was very simple and easy , we spoke of the incident that led to me making a claim , this was a very pleasant conversation we discussed the options , and then I was offered an electronic voucher to replace what was damaged.the whole thing took about 30min . Within 1hour of the phone call the email voucher was recieved and of to the shop,s i went 2 hours later all replaced and put right. My 6yr old no longer feels bad for trying to swat a fly.

I recently claimed for a lost diamond ring.
The claim was handled quickly in a polite and efficient manner.
The ring arrived today. It’s beautiful and a true replacement.
