One star because they do have live chat support.
But it's a shocking experience trying to cancel the dodgy VIP membership.
They denied my account existed 4 times in a row and quickly exited the chat. Then when I managed to verify the account (I had to trick them by enquiring about a previous order, so they validated the account), they ask 4 times that you stay. One request should be enough. They are sharks, recommend avoid.

got a VIP membership while in spain since I needed some new bras and underwear, was a pain to cancel my account after when I went back to the states. Products fit weird, quality is meh and they need to make it easier to cancel your account.

Very bad I thought your guys are reliable but after all this problems you guys are giving I don't like. Paid for order and was not ship to me since 12 December keep telling me lots of stories the is on transit later say you guys don't have the size which I paid for anymore too much stories and when I called lots of stories lots of emails from different worker that don't understand what I talked and the emails send and sending me stupid paper to write about the things I bought that you guys didn't ship I and you can see them of my account really bulshit

Like others, I was fooled by a 'sale' on this website, a FB link took me to purchase a product, then i find myself being charged 50 Euros a month! When I called the Spanish office to complain and ask about a refund, 3 agents refused to let me speak to a manager and put the phone down on me.
The website is so fraudulent that it refuses my password and does not send me a change password. Avoid this company at all costs!
UPDATE** Do you see the pathetic response below? Zero accountability for your rude agents who denied me my right to speak to a manager and put the phone down. If this practice isn't fraudulent, why did the UK office authorise my refund? Terrible, terrible customer service.
