Terrible experience with Fake campaign
Terrible experience with Fake campaign. They got me from ads Facebook (I want to block this brand 4ever from my cookies and advertising), their website are advertising a campaign „2 bras for 29€„, with bagde on product list page and cart page, after do a lot of research to finally to finally find something available on your size, the promotional sale is only for VIP, to be membership of VIP and pay around 60eur, WFT! Who the f@ wants to be membership of a lingerie website?
Their website don’t have even a contact page, no email, phone.

Of course you can also order as a non-binding guest member at Savage X. In doing so, you forgo the many advantages such as the bonus program or the special Xtra VIP prices, but you can still shop whenever you like.
If you want to enjoy the reduced prices, the only small task is to press the Skip-the-month button at the beginning of each month, between the 1st and the 5th of the month. SCAM! If I could give a 0 I would but I can’t so I give a 1
So I had a membership for over a year and let me give you the tea. DO NOT FALL FOR THE VIP SCAM. Pausing the subscription hardly ever works and on top of that you can’t even use your credits for most things so you basically always end up spending more money.
The lingerie is of subpar quality and quite uncomfortable but very cute designs so you know that’s why I continued buying bc I’m vain duh - if you value comfort don’t buy. If you also value your money don’t buy and DONT DO THE MEMBERSHIP (trust me darling I’m doing you a favour)
In the past the Customer service used to be great (spoiler it’s garbage now) and when the pausing wouldn’t work they just gave me back my money and paused it for me. Recently it didn’t work again and so I contacted customer service and they were not just unfriendly and unhelpful but so rude and unprofessional. Needless to say I cancelled my membership straight away.
I used to shop here regularly and would recommend it to friends but I will NEVER be purchasing here again and definitely will be telling anybody to stay wide away from them. Total Scam and money grab and they absolutely do not care about their customers AT ALL.

Amazing high quality underwear that is affordable
I simply love getting new underwear without having to spend too much money on it. As a student I really welcome the 3 panties for 18€ option since I can just stock up on essentials.
Shopping on Savage X Fenty has also made me feel so much more confident and comfortable with trying out new things and wearing underwear I can feel pretty in. 10/10

not worth the money
Sizes don't match the sizing chart, at all. Ordered a garter belt in size M which should've been a perfect fit - except it wasn't. Ended up ordering two sizes up and now own my first and only piece of underwear in a size XL. As a fairly thin person this isn't the worst that can happen, but imagine plus size person being happy that they finally found nicr plus sized lingerie - and then realizing that the sizes run so so tiny that there's no way they'd fit into even the biggest one.a shameful business practice.
Also the fact that you have to call or chat with someone to end your vip membership is frankly ridiculous. if i can pause my membership mobthly why can't i have a button to end it? Unless, of course, they hope to keep more members by making it a hassle to leave.
The only plus is that the underwear looks nice and the quality is okay. Not super high end but also way above some of the cheap stuff you'd get at other fast fashion retailers.

I'm addicted
I'm addicted. I can't even deny it. I'll look at the prices and be like "ehh", but the quality and durability of each piece, are absolutely worth it. I still have to figure out the sizing in the bras because every one that I've ordered had my boobs falling out even after ordering the size I usually wear, but irregardless, I've never been more satisfied compared with others that I've bought from stores. Delivery is always support fast and packaging is always secure. I love this brand!

Good products but not enough transparency
I really like the products and everytime I contact them, they are really friendly. Nonetheless, I had rather bad experiences with the service, e.g possibilities, sending things back, avaible products and pricing. I had to contact them multiple times and the site didn't function which lead to costing me more money than I wanted (had to pay for this months as the website had an issue and wouldn't let me pause it, afterwards it was too late). I really hope the reviews will be take seriously as many apparently have issues with the site. I plan to end my membership as I can't afford it longterm. Really sad but the stress made my experience less good. And lastly I was really disappointed that you can't use your credit points on products on sale.

Savage contacted me after my review and helped me with my problems and took my feedback seriously, I'm happy and relived and as I mentioned before with the service and workers from Savage. To sum it up, it may occur problems but often they do the best to help you out. For lingerie it's a good website compared to other brands which aren't much cheaper, it just requires more patience or attentiveness for the membership etc.

This subscription service is just a ploy to take our money. The credit cant be used for sales items, only full priced items. They don't make you completely aware that by shopping on this website you are agreeing to be apart of a subscription service, where you Savage credit, is actually worth less than you're own money, because there are so many rules on what you can use it for. Even though that money is being deducted from your account. Its a shame and I am quite disappointed, I will be canceling my subscription ASAP.
the only thing good is the customer service. Have we lost all integrity in business nowadays?
