“Upgraded” Membership is NOT an upgrade
The member credits are not an attractive feature for me. Items that were once one member credit now costs 2 credits. For example, I could end up paying 59.95 for 1 pair of panties. The quality of the items has not improved so Im not getting more bang for my buck. Now that I’ve placed this order. Im gonna cancel my subscription because it’s too confusing and no longer makes sense.

I’ve spent quite a bit of money here…
I’ve spent quite a bit of money here online and at the store, both an excellent experience and very high-quality clothes my underwear still last me four years later. Very pleased!! Even had to return an item due to size and customer support was awesome!

Point system change
Product is decent, but I was getting ready to use my credits I had $70 is credit. Then they just changed the app with credits so instead of letting you use the full credits you had it makes you choose 1 or 2 credits. So I lost my $70 in credits so that made me so mad. Should have placed my order the night before…. Would have been nice to know you were going to change your credit system… or to use my credits before you changed your system. So rigged. Not worth it now with the new point system….

Not trustable. products are good but they are not on your side if something happens. Definetly not customer friendly. they dont help on your problems. Dissapointing if you like the brand, but the brand is not supporting you when you have a problem. Lost my loyalty - there are enough brands to buy from, I think its not cool to loose your clients.
