Savage X Fenty appears to rely on intentionally misleading subscription tactics rather than good customer service.
I made my first purchase months ago and later discovered I had somehow been signed up to a paid monthly subscription, something that was clearly buried in the small print, since I had been paying I used up my credits and have since been logging on to skip the subscription each month until now where I want to cancel the subscription.
Cancelling this subscription has been a nightmare, you are forced to speak to a live agent. When I attempted to do this via their website chat, I was told the wait time was 50 minutes.
A 50-minute wait to cancel a subscription is not reasonable - and it’s hard not to suspect this is deliberate. The system feels engineered to frustrate customers into giving up and continuing to be charged rather than successfully cancelling.
What’s especially concerning is how closely this mirrors Fabletics’ subscription model, which was sued in 2025 for similar practices.
This doesn’t feel like an accident or a poor design choice - it feels predatory. If a company is confident in its product, it shouldn’t need to trap customers behind hidden terms and cancellation roadblocks.
Since my money has already been taken I will be using the left over tokens to at least get something for my money but once I can finally cancel the subscription I will not be purchasing from this company again.

Really sneaky how they charge your card every month and then when you try to spend the member credits it wont let you.

I originally bought a couple pairs of knickers on sale only to find out that they cost me £50 because I somehow had agreed to a membership without realising. Customer service wasn't helpful and wouldn't let me cancel my order and forget the whole thing. Have ended up using up my member credit now on really overpriced items as the non member prices are ridiculous. Won't ever shop here again

Savage X Fenty uses intentionally misleading subscription tactics that trap customers into recurring charges they did not clearly agree to.
The website heavily pushes “member prices” without making it obvious that selecting them automatically enrolls you in a monthly VIP subscription with charges of around $50. Many customers, myself included, only realize this after unexpected charges appear on their bank statements.
This is not a one-off misunderstanding.
Savage X Fenty has faced legal action over deceptive subscription practices and settled a consumer protection lawsuit related to unclear disclosures and automatic billing. That alone should raise serious red flags.
Key issues:
• Subscription enrollment is not clearly explained at checkout
• Pricing is designed to pressure users into signing up unknowingly
• Monthly charges occur even if no products are purchased
• Cancelling is unnecessarily confusing
• Customer support is slow and unhelpful when billing issues arise
This feels less like a fashion brand and more like a subscription trap hidden behind good branding. Transparency should be the bare minimum. Here, it’s clearly missing.
I do not recommend Savage X Fenty. Proceed with extreme caution.

This is a scam, I had to register as a member to see the products then when I purchase I find out that I’m paying a subscription that you are obviously trying to let people slip up on and be charged by you. Absolute scam

I would give them no stars if I could, make one purchase and they start charging your credit card £60 per month they say you are warned but it must be in the tiny print that no one reads. Terrible practice which I notice has happened to a lot of people I have been in touch with them but got nowhere so am going to get sky money to investigate as I don’t like being duped.

TLDR: SCAM! Terms and conditions sneakily sign you up for a VIP membership charging £60 a month if you buy something that’s part of a “deal”.
Utterly ridiculous. Made a purchase four months ago and was randomly signed up for a VIP membership charging me £59.95 a month? Thankfully noticed before too much money had been stolen from me but customer service only gave me 50% back with the other 50% being store credit. Total scam and really shady. The man I spoke to on the phone told me that if I purchase something that’s part of a deal then I am automatically signed up for the VIP membership without my consent (as part of the terms and conditions). Doubtful on the legality of that.
You have to speak to a customer service representative on the phone to cancel and even after receiving a refund I had to ask the man to cancel my membership SEVERAL times. Kept making sales pitches to me after taking my money. Horrible.

I adore the product and sharing it with my Sisters as gifts. Well priced and the sale is great. Thank you I had a blast and bought loads of very hot underwear.

Great website easy to use and amazing discounts

BEWARE. They sheepishly add membership charges when buying stuff online and then keep charging your card £49.50 every month with no notification. No customer service to speak to, AI chat agents that send you round and round. They will save your card details without your consent and take money. Disgusting business model.

-Secure payment and immediate confirmation
- no need to reapply sizing filters you enter it once and done (also inclusive sizing)
- I like looking at real people when picking out clothing and also the option to look at just the item

It gets expensive compared to fabletics. Has no sizes available mostly remaining 2xl-5xl left. The monthly subscription has increased but more expensive choices left.

I liked the style of mens longer leg and especially a longer fly. Buying 6 pairs ,3 dark brown,3 dark green. Few problems getting them delivered, but finally arrived in time for my holidays. Ordering my usual size, they looked good and fit perfectly. After a few low temp. washes they faded slightly, the fabric started to bobble, and they became baggy. Taking a long to dry naturally especially the elastic. They looked great new, but soon became uncomfortable to wear, with the legs riding up. Shame, but no longer wearable.

Unknowingly enrolled into monthly paid membership & it’s really hard to get this cancelled - not clear at all that this is what happens at check-out - really dirty tactic & will be warning people against buying from Savage Fenty. Such a bad business model.

I opted out for this month but you still decided to take my money and left me with no choice but to shop. The only reason I have not shopped on this website for a long time is because the options are not as good as they used to be so it’s the same things that I already have or something I don’t want.

HORRIBLE customer service and a company model that is inexplicably based on predatory behaviour.
You're roped into a paid monthly membership, which I guess is fair enough. HOWEVER, in order to cancel it? - it's nearly impossible. I spent 2 HOURS on BOTH the phone and Live Chat simultaneously, just desperately trying to cancel the membership, and they kept stalling, refusing, trying to sell me more stuff, NO I DO NOT WANT IT was apparently not clear enough.
PLEASE do not transact with these guys unless you enjoy being scammed

Ended up with a so-called “VIP membership” without any clear explanation and with absolutely no indication of how expensive it would be. The lack of transparency is shocking, and the charges feel completely unexpected and unfair.
Canceling is made intentionally difficult — instead of a simple option to end the subscription, you’re forced to call or chat online. It feels like a deliberate strategy to pressure customers into keeping a membership they never knowingly agreed to. It’s manipulative and incredibly frustrating.
The entire experience reflects an unprofessional setup that misleads customers and prioritizes profit over honesty. The greed is obvious, and the whole process feels like a trap.
Will never use this service again and strongly warn others to be cautious. very greedy company it's not the employees fault it's completely the OWNERS fault rihanna

I placed an order in June 2025 and I am very happy with the items. However, I was totally unaware that £49.95 was going to be taken from my account every month thereafter.
What a scam.
I can see by the many poor reviews that this is a deliberate scam. Very disappointed.
And the standard replies are complete rubbish. They do not make it clear in the first place and the cancel it is a nightmare!!!
