Ordered a map update for a 2015 BMW. Within a few hours the order was processed and the map ready for download, with emails confirming each stage of the order process.
Clear instructions provided for getting the map files onto the USB stick and then to the car.
Waited for a long journey to load the maps as it was a large file (20 Gb). Took 50 minutes, but they loaded without issue.
Excellent service at an excellent price.

Why use anywhere else. The service is better than a main dealer, the price is better than a main dealer and it is exactly the same update as a main dealer. Very simple to install, took abou5 an hour. Top class product and service. 6*

2nd time I've used satnavugrades, both times have been fast and smooth, this time I ordered at 10pm expecting it to be a few days, the code and link was with me first thing.
Instructions was clear and after copying the files to usb, the install went smoothly

I recently purchased a sat nav update online but couldn’t get it working (my own mistake!). I contacted Rusty/Alistair with a few questions and he replied quickly, offering really helpful advice. In the end, I went for the preloaded USB, which arrived in just a few days. I plugged it in and it worked straight away, finishing in about 30 minutes. Great service and I’d definitely recommend!

Hi I’ve Just bought a 2014 x5 4.0d se and the satnav needed updating,so I got back in touch with satnav upgrades who I’ve used with in the past with my other x5’s 05/09 regs and with in four days my new update arrived I had trouble putting the code in,but when I called and we talked it through the code was excepted straight away and the maps downloaded, there much better now.if this is what you need I recommend satnav updates for me the guy gets 10 out of 10 a very happy customer

I purchased an upgrade for my 2010 BMW and was sent the upgrade on a usb. The program would not install as instructed. However after discussing with Rusty and the resupply of a different version of the software my sat nav is now working as expected.
I can say that Rusty was extremely helpful in sorting out my issues, and would definitely use this company again for any future upgrades I require.

Somehow I got this working.

- i installed the thing (took 3h)
- i followed the instructions (it says after 15 min everything will be ready, that was not correct in my case)
- instructions were wrong, it took 5 hours and 300km of driving, for the thing to start working

As for there seller answer, you can not take someone money, and do not expected hard answer if something was not working as advertised or instructed. I do no care who or what they are. We are all accountable for stuff we sell or say.

I am I dude, have been now for 20 years in automotive industry. So seller answer that i did it wrong, all i can say he is full of crap!

Excellent dropped rusty a email with my details to see what i needed fast reply with the links to what i needed to buy all paid and was here quickly
So straightforward pop the usb in got to the setting and updates enter the code and your away took mine about 45 mins to do the update once done the system will restart and there you go 2025 maps ready to go highly recommended top bloke cheers

Alistair was very helpful in providing me with 2025 Maps for BMW which he sent to me with instructions how to best extract them and the right format for the USB. Carried out the process and it worked well and was loaded up on my BMW and reflected in the updated version.

Great guy Rusty, sorted it at 6am which I was surprised with as I was messaging him on Whatsapp.

Worked a charm on the M6 which updated to 2025 now.

Used this service a number of times over a past few years and always had a 100% satisfaction, the guy knows very well what he's doing, always helpful and friendly. Thank God these people are still exist, I got told by my local BMW garage that I have to leave my car with them for a day just to have my satnav updated because it cannot be done via USB, contacted Rusty and had it done within two hours via USB for the third of the price what BMW quoted me.
