Efficient and first class service!

I needed a new satnav DVD for my 2003 BMW M3 convertible. Rusty knew exactly which disk I needed and it was received through the post in record time!
I have bought dodgy DVD's before but Rusty's copy was recognised straight away by my DVD player and it all works perfectly! Well done Rusty ;-)

The USB came a day plus a full week after I ordered it via Royal Mail, due to it being sent 2nd class post. I did get worried as did not know such in the 1st place.

I purchased the AppleCar play update, I was a bit unsure about using the laptop to carry out the update, but a phone call with Rusty and I was put at ease and after following all the instructions I now have apple car play.

Used Rusty / Alistair twice now first was for a map update for my wife’s mini (after finding him highly mentioned on mini forums) & he was really helpful & sent out product quickly, 2nd time i used him was a map update for my CRV & once again product was recieved quickly. Was a bit dubious about ordering my map upgrade from a third party but after being somewhat messed about by local BMW, decided to take a punt anyway. Had some questions to be answered before committing to the sale and Alistair answered these very swiftly, giving me confidence to place an order.

The map update arrived very quickly - as did the instructions and FSC code for the install - all very comprehensive. So with some apprehension, I inserted the USB as instructed, input the supplied FSC code and took the car for a drive. Some 56 minutes later, everything was done and I now have the 2024 maps installed in my BMW X3.

I hadn’t planned on updating the maps very often in the future but with this level of pricing and support, I may well decide to do it more often now!

Fantastic Service, Highly Recommended

I purchased an update for my BMW sat nav. I also purchased a memory stick, they turned up very quickly. I carried out the update via the usb, the whole process took about half an hour. Very pleased with the outcome and the simplicity of the whole process. Rusty was very helpful in steering me in the correct direction as to what update I needed.

Well bought Ista from him and it didn't come with anything other than three links. As he doesn't know which windows you can use or give other information according to the subject. Was this a sad experience. Is also not very nice to deal with but very condescending
So this is the last time I will buy anything from him he doesn't appear as someone who runs a business but rather someone who behaves like a net troll on a forum.

Looking at his response and he is trying to blame me and he is judging. So if you have problems with this guy be careful. Because nothing of what he responds here is true. It's been a long time since I've been in contact with a more condescending and unpleasant person to deal with. He acts incredibly amateurish.

I experienced multiple issues with downloading and extracting files to my own USB drive...the update process in the vehicle just kept hanging.
Rusty patiently responded to my many whinging emails and ultimately supplied me with a pre-loaded USB drive that worked perfectly at first attempt.
I will be doing this for all future updates to save myself having to repeat hours worth of downloading, unzipping and formatting for every failed attempt...not to mention £££s on USB drives
