Scam

I have been sent round in circles regarding my order I’ve e-mailed multiple times I’ve tried the customer service on the app and with no luck as I’m currently 3500 in the queue! Reading reviews it’s going to be well over a week before someone gets back to me! My tracking number states my item’s are with the delivery company and have been for over a week now no update! When I look at the app it’s telling me my items have just arrived in the UK but the tracking number provided states they have been here and with the company for over a week I’ve had no help whatsoever from anyone regarding this and I’m now down £100.00 I will NOT be using this website again!!

SCAMMERS- AVOID

If I could give 0 stars I would .

They are scammers , they don’t allow returns and take your money for items which are of horrible quality / false advertisement .

I was told I cannot return as they don’t do this yet on the website states you can do return / exchange .

Scam artists , send you wrong items or terrible quality items and keep your money .

They need to be shut down and reported .

I even asked them the question “ where on the app does it state you cannot return ?” They couldn’t answer me

Stay away and avoid , keep your money it’s not worth the hassle .

Customer service is absolutely vile no help at all you will be waiting days upon days upon days for a response which is usually just “hello”

Wouldn’t use again

Ordered at on 26th September still not received my order. This has been blamed on “logistics”. Been waiting for a reply from customer services since 7th November I’m currently 1079 in the queue. Will never use again. I just want a refund now but looks like I will be waiting several days even for a reply

I’ve been waiting for my order I’ve…

I’ve been waiting for my order I’ve been told that my package had gone missing and now I’ve been told it’s been delivered when it hasn’t I’ve tried contacting for help and not getting any help or answers to where my package is I’m really disappointed. Feel like I’ve just been left and lost my money at this point.

Impossible to contact anyone. Awful customer service

I’m have been given a partial refund for unwanted products. I have asked on 3 occasions for a FULL refund as the product is not good quality and I do not want to keep the items. The first time I asked, I was ignored on the refund comment section and the refund was closed. The other 2 times I have been in a queue to talk to someone with over 200 people and each time I get close to the front of the queue I have been chucked off (after around 2 hours of waiting) You make it impossible for customers to contact you and therefore are making people pay for items which they are unhappy with!! this is completely unacceptable and I can see why it is not a trustworthy company to shop with. I’ll certainly not be using again and will not recommend anyone to buy from SaraMart. Very poor customer service.

Everything I have ever got from Sara…

Everything I have ever got from Sara has never disappointed and lasts long. Not sure about returning as I have never needed to return anything. Its a great site for me and I've been a customer for about 4yrs. Hope this helps

Why is one parcel dispatched and other notstil

Why is my one parcel been dispatched and the other not. Still saying 5 % bee been 6 days since order.... Never uses yiunefite so not sure on how it all works. Hope I've made the right decision by ordering.. also my item I ordered is currently saying unavailable naw on the website what do this mean

So far I’ve had a good experience with…

So far I’ve had a good experience with Doop. Although the sizing has been off on a few items I have received partial refunds on the items I wished to keep and expecting a full refund on the one I didn’t wish to keep. Customer service through WhatsApp was great, polite and helpful.
