Reasonable prices

DO NOT ORDER!

They INCORRECTLY ADDRESSED the packages even though the correct one was entered, so it couldn't be delivered and was immediately sent back.

Now they refuse to refund the items. They claim a refund was issued, but it's only “visible on their side” but nothing on my end.

When I tried to report the item as "not received", they asked me to enter my credit card and agree to pay their fees if they decide it was delivered. ???

Heads up People.I myself got the BS from Sarah Mart.They said 2 times in Emails they are giving me my FULL REFUND,that NEVER HAPPENED. They DRAG you along with LIES until you give up from Flustration. So,Remember MY ADVICE. Do what I always do. Save all your Emails to them and their responds to them,FOR PROOF. Pay with your Credit Card and if you don't get back your refond, OPEN A DISPUTE with your Credit Card Company. They WILL PULL THE MONEY RIGHT OUT OF THEIR ACCOUNT.

I have placed many orders with Sara…

I have placed many orders with Sara mart, very pleased with purchases, one occasion cancelled an order got refund next day. Have received some packages for Xmas one was missing they refunded within two days.
Two other orders I cancelled due to how long it was stuck in pending one cancelled on 16-12-2024 and I’m still waiting a refund. It says a refund will be between 1-1-2025 to 19-1-2025. Not very happy how long it takes to give a refund tbh especially at Christmas when money is tight!

AVOID!!!!!!!I've been scammed out of money. The tracking number isn't real! Spoke to Royal Mail which they advised mw to do! Royal Mail havnt have anything to do with this parcel! Yet they told me they have sent it! Hacco automated customer service is Abstly SHOCKING and you don't get to speak to anybody! Can't get money back but I'll take this further! J’ai suivi toutes leurs instructions pour obtenir un remboursement : j’ai bien détruit le produit, pris des photos claires comme demandé, et envoyé tout ça dans les délais. Et pourtant, ils ont l’audace de me dire que le produit n’a pas été détruit, sans aucune preuve pour étayer leurs accusations. C’est une escroquerie déguisée en politique de remboursement ! Ils me font perdre mon temps, ils mentent et refusent de tenir leurs engagements. Je suis scandalisée par leur manque de professionnalisme et leur attitude dégoûtante. Hacoo se moque complètement de ses clients, et à ce stade, je pense qu’ils cherchent juste à arnaquer les gens. Ne vous laissez pas berner, fuyez cette entreprise sans scrupules ! Absolute scam with Hacoo! I followed all their instructions to get a refund: I destroyed the product, took clear photos as requested, and sent everything within the required time. And yet, they have the audacity to tell me the product wasn’t destroyed, without any proof to back up their claims. This is a scam disguised as a refund policy! They waste my time, lie, and refuse to honor their commitments. I’m appalled by their lack of professionalism and disgusting attitude. Hacoo couldn’t care less about its customers, and at this point, it seems they’re just out to scam people. Don’t be fooled, stay far away from this unscrupulous company! I demand an immediate refund for order 72127621282942922426, or I will take legal action.

Spent £260

Spent £260, only half the order was delivered. Had a message to say it has been delivered! In the last parcel I had the bag had been torn open and an item stolen then resealed again with tape.
What Ive had from Haccoo has been good but its clearly not safe so I won’t risk buying again.

Waste of money!!!!

Please watch out for this crap! I ordered 18 items and they only sent 13! Now to start an investigation please provide account numbers because a special team will investigate whether there was actually a mistake?! If it turns out that I am lying, I will be charged $100!!! What bad service is this! I waited 2.5 hours to talk to customer service and in the end no one bothered to talk to me! Talking to a robot!!! Horrible. Waste of money!!! No way to get it back!

Never Refund!

Up until today I never had any issue with this app. Great service and product. Last order I placed went missing with the courier. Sent this as proof when requesting a refund and it got declined as the parcel wasn't signed. How can I sign for a missing parcel? Won't be using the app again.
