Initially, they did not provide assistance, instead requesting additional information for processing in 2023 .In January 2026, I received an email stating the outstanding balance. Upon calling back in June 2026, I was disappointed to find that the numbers remained unchanged after five months. I expect them to honour their email statement. Unfortunately, no resolution has been made regarding this matter.

There are federal rules that all Licensed Insolvency Trustees must strictly follow, and unfortunately, this means we are unable to reduce your balance owing to the amount previously provided to you in error by a former team member. It is our understanding that your Estate Manager has been in touch with you, and we would like to assure you that we have escalated this matter to review our internal processes as well.
If there is anything else we can do to support you please connect directly with your Estate Manager, or our President Blair Mantin ((778) 735-0498). It is always our goal to provide a 5-star experience and we appreciate the opportunity to improve.
You guys where so easy to talk to and you understud the position I was in it was quick and easy.And the people I dealt with were super nice
