Mark was a very patient and professional salesman. He wasn’t at all pushy and made the whole experience very calm and informative. I visited three times unsure whether to move to hybrid as new to me and was nervous about all the technology yet he made me feel reassured. He explained everything in great detail so I was able to make an informed decision. I wasn’t an easy sale as kept researching and coming back with more questions which he always had answers to immediately. The whole process was effortless and so easy. I have my new Jaecoo and after 2 days of collecting it Mark was at the end of the phone to help me with technical questions. He is an asset to your team Sandown.
