Financial Freedom Challenge Deal Selling
Just completed the Financial Freedom Challenge for Deal Selling, I have had a fanatic week and my coach Ashley was fantastic throughout the 4 days.
I managed to visit several estate agents and have the confidence to speak to potential investors.
I have submitted an offer to an agent for a SA and I’m stacking numbers for a potential BRRR deal.
If you haven’t done an FFC yet I would highly recommend it. This was my 2nd FFC and I thoroughly enjoyed it as much as the RTR FFC I did last month.
Now to continue on with my journey 🙌

BRRR and Flipping Property Training
For someone new to property or anything related to building refurbishment, the Foundations of BRR and Flipping course gave me the clarity and structure required. It teaches you to judge deals properly, using the 25% profit buffer and a dual lens of investor profit and lender risk. I now understand how to identify a real “vision,” calculate maximum offers with confidence, and stress test rental income so I don’t end up stuck with poor cash flow. The explanation of bridging finance was especially helpful to be used as a tool for strong deals and not as a workaround for deals that fundamentally don’t work. A genuinely valuable programme for anyone wanting to invest with discipline.

The experience and the benefit I get from the 2-day course plus Complete Joint Venture Your Way To Becoming A Millionaire is phenomenal, and I would highly recommend taking this course before even buying any of the courses, which cost you a fortune, because you would get the most of the information about what exactly property investing would be like.

Two Days That Changed the Way I Look at Property – 5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I recently completed the 2-day training course and would happily rate the overall experience 5 out of 5.
The course was extremely informative, well structured, and presented in a way that was easy to understand and follow. There was a lot of useful and practical information throughout the two days, and I came away with a much clearer understanding of the different property strategies and opportunities available.
Overall, I’m very happy with the training and what I took away from it. It has definitely given me plenty to think about, and I’m now seriously considering taking the next step and joining the Academy.

I signed up for the 2 days course…
I signed up for the 2 days course following attending a free webinar by Sameul . during the Webinar Sameul has advertised about the 2 days course (97£) and how much money we can save to join these 2 days and how much we will learn to acheive the big dream !!
during the 2 days course , sales techniques were very aggressive again , and again I ended up to sign for the academy course , took a big loan from my bank . I realised very quickly I have made a huge mistake repeatedly . I put my family in huge debit .
I requested a refund , the process was very slow , difficult , and has affected my mental health on every day basis .
I was within my full legal right to have a refund as I requested a refund on the second day of purchase , purchased the course online , and has not used any of the course material or engaged in the course in any shape or form . however it is still took 20 days to refund me .because of that I had to pay interest to pay the loan back.
I am certianly concerned on the impact on vulnerable people !!
