The training course delivered by Samuel was clear, concise and extremely well structured, presenting all of the key information in manageable sections supported by practical examples, real-world scenarios and knowledge checks throughout the course.
In addition to the excellent technical content, the training has significantly improved my understanding of how to apply a range of investment and development strategies within my own business. As a result, I have already identified several improvements that I will be implementing across our property development portfolio and deal sourcing operations.
Having now been a member of the Property Investors Academy for the past three months, I have been consistently impressed by the quality of the mentorship, the accessibility of industry experts across multiple disciplines and the exceptional standard of education provided. Joined the Academy 3 week ago and have just completed the BRR & Property Flip course. I have learnt so much about how to approach a deal from start to finish and how to try and avoid common mistakes. I am sure without doing this course I would have made some of these mistakes because of a lack of knowledge.

This course has given me real clarity on the deal sourcing process and, more importantly, the exact next steps I need to take to move forward. I now understand how to find, analyse, package, and sell deals professionally, as well as how to protect myself and scale properly.
