The wig I received was not as described.
The wig I received was not as described. I ordered a dark brown wig, but received jet black instead, and the wig also arrived with a broken strap.
I contacted customer service and was told that the color can fluctuate depending on the manufacturer because the wig is synthetic. I was then authorized to return the item, but at my own expense.
I am very disappointed with both the product and the customer service experience. Unfortunately, I will no longer shop with Sam’s Beauty. Poor customer service and an unsatisfactory resolution.

Quick shipping but order was wrong.
Shipping was fast, but my order was incorrect. I ordered four packs of color 2 hair. I received two packs of color 2 and the other two packs were a color 4.
