This was my first time dealing with these guys and I have to say that it was amazing. You won't find such a benevolent team that is truly willing to help you and make you feel as comfotable as possible.
I must tell you about my personal experience with this team. I ordered a long-sleeve Reverse Flash compression shirt and accidentally got it with short sleeves. I contacted them immedeately and was offered the choice whether to get a full refund or get a long-sleeve. I also was offered to leave the shirt that I received in any way. I chose to get a long-sleeve as it was my small dream (yeah yeah, go on laughing at me :D). And withing two weeks I got it!
This was amazing experience. The stuff team is very polite, kind and helpful.
I want to thank Kevin, the member of "Customer Happiness team", personally as this man is truly a wonderful and helping person. But so is the rest of the team!
If you doubt in something regarding them, I can personally assure you that you shouldn't as you are in safe hands and wont be forgotten or lied or whatever.

I ordered 2 workout tank tops and a pair of joggers. They came in a timely fashion but when I opened the package I noticed that the Gray joggers I had bought were instead white. I contacted customer support and they were extremely fast on the responses and did everything in their power to help me out. They sent a new pair of joggers free of charge and let me keep the original pair. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Both tank tops were awesome as well! Would recommend and use again. Reading through the one star reviews is misleading, keep up the good work!

Ordered recently for birthday gifts, shipping does take a moment so bare that in mind when ordering! However they provide the BEST customer service I have ever experienced, I ordered a gift & was unfortunately sent the wrong colour & they also seemed to be a little smaller than I thought, Kevin quickly responded so politely to get this resolved asap for me! Resulting in being sent out the original colour I ordered, also new sizing & to make them even more amazing they said I could keep the previous pair sent out, definitely will be ordering from them again, can’t fault this company one bit when they do everything they can to make sure you get what you pay for!
Kevin is awesome & you are in very good hands when ordering from this company!

While placing my order I accidentally pressed two one one item. But I was luck enough to speak with kevin through email and fixed the problem and issues me the refund. I order two sweaters and two slide ons I cant wait to give them to my husband for fathers day

Shoes fit comfortably. Modeled after the jordan 13's I think. Felt good and looked good. These guys are legit. Took a few weeks but only because it ships from hong kong but was worth the wait. Answered all my email respectfully and in good time. Will order again

If you're looking for the best gears, anime related. Especially Dragon Balls! Then you're at the right place. Had a great experience with their customer service. The replies are on time, from my first order and to when it arrived there were no worries. The goods are of top quality. 11/10 will order again.

The Goku sweatshirt I bought is pretty great. I love the length and the fit and mostly I love how cozy it is. It keeps me warm, looks great and is soft and luxurious. I am thinking about getting another in a different color…because if it’s this good, why not?

The package took much longer to arrive than thought, but when I reached out to support, I was able to get a tracking number and updates the same day.

I ordered a lamp for my grandson and it came broken and the stand for Goku figure was wrong. They did send me a replacement as soon as they had one available. All emails sent were responded to in a timely manner. They were good about keeping me informed on when the lamp would be shipped. I would purchase from this company again.

There is a mistake in the shipping and communication with the company over an order, which ended up being my own fault. I didn't realize this until I submitted a report of complaint to PayPal. However, once I was able to directly connect with the company they were helpful and engaging in helping me resolve my issue. Even when I followed up regarding the shipping, they responded quickly and provided me with the detail I wanted/needed. In the end I got my product and it was as advertised.

I placed an order, and was expecting my order to come within a month and a half. It has yet to come after two months, and not only did they not report this to me, they did not help me by either sending the packages to the right address or send me a refund of my purchase.
