I had amazing contact with customer service, they replied quickly and really went the extra mile so I could properly geek out with my naruto hoodies even earlier than I expected.

Wide variety of goods! Great quality for the price. The team is also helpful with my inquiries which made my purchase quite smooth sailing. Especially liked the detailed product info on the site which made it easier for me to finally decide on what to buy. keep it up and I will surely buy again.

Everything went great with my order! The team was very helpful and friendly, they replied quickly to my emails. I found one of their products on Pinterest and I saw it was out of stock, so I contacted them to see when it would be up again, but they provided it right away and it was so nice of them. When the order arrived, it was exactly what I ordered and the quality was a surprise for me (positive one). I highly recommend them :)

The product is surprisingly good for the price I had and upon asking for the logistics, the customer service is excellent.

If you are a dragon ball fan these tank tops will not disappoint ! They can take a while to come but it is worth the wait.

This company is really tricky. I bought stuff on there. They sent me a defective product. When I ask them to refund or send me the correct item I ordered, they claim that they have the right to change the item quality and refused to refund. Don’t buy from them. Very tricky. And the quality of the item is very poor. Especially the clothing.

I ordered two shirts of my favorite character #TeamVegeta. Whenever I had questions about my order, they responded in a more than reasonable time and answered all of my questions. When I received my shirts, I was very satisfied. I highly recommend Saiyan Stuff! I will be ordering again.

I was searching online for a bedding set to complete my newly decorated ‘Bob Marley’ room. I came across the Saiyan Stuff website and found the perfect set! I couldn’t be happier. I placed the order and my package was delivered in a very timely manner, even through customs! I had a couple questions on the product so I reached out, via email to customer support. I received an immediate response from Kevin who had taken the time to address my questions and was extremely helpful. I am in my 60’s and in all these years I have never come across such excellent, courteous, customer service. He is an asset to the company. I will definitely look place further orders and tell all my ‘hip’ friends about this great company and their fab products.

So as a huge DBZ fan, I was really excited about the wide range of products on offer.. however before purchasing I was unsure about how good the quality of the products actually was in reality & how easy/hard the order process would be, given the distance of journey the product would travel.

However, once I spoke to the customer service team, I felt completely at ease. I was given regular updates, tracking was very informative & upon receiving my product I was left pleasantly surprised I must say.

As someone who does a lot of online shopping, I must say, Saiyan Stuff has displayed some of the best consumer/supplier service skills I have come across in a long while. With such a unique range of products on offer too, I highly recommend giving them a go.

TL;DR, not only did I continually receive warm and above-and-beyond customer service from Kevin, the item itself pretty much looks exactly as pictured.

I made a previous review about this online store based initially on their customer service (bc I hadn't received my order yet at the time) and I wrote that once I did receive my order, I'd write a separate review about the product. Well due to a mistake of my own, I never received my first order. Kevin was absolutely understanding and timely with his communication, and I went ahead and ordered a replacement with his help. He let me know beforehand that I would probably not be receiving my package by Christmas (I re-ordered on 11/23/2021 and the package arrives from China), which was fine by me! He provided me my tracking number once they had it and gave updates along the way when I asked. I got a notification on my phone today (12/18/2021) and I actually got my package before Christmas!!

The item itself was a Naruto baseball jersey and frankly, I'm pretty happy with it! Overall the design matches the pictures well. I tried to measure the jersey to see if it matches the size chart and it does run kinda small so I suggest you size up, but the length is pretty much accurate. I'd probably be ordering from them again! Thanks again for everything, Kevin!!
