Sainsbury’s shopping experience is always good, store well laid out, and prices competitive and easy to read. And shopping with a scanner makes the shop easy and quick.

Not the best unfortunately. Quite a few items delivered were a day off of their sell by date, which had to subsequently be thrown away. The delivery was on time and conducted well however.

The lack of choice of products is becoming more noticeable each time I visit, particularly shelved items

I have been shopping with Sainsbury for years.
I find they stock a very comprehensive list of products.
Their prices are comparable with other leading supermarkets.
Sainsbury offer a delivery service which is totally reliable and convenient for customers.

Did my online order for delivery as normal but very disappointed that 4 items i usually order were out of stock. They are staple foods, not special items. Also with my last 2 deliveries there were several items substituted that weren't suitable.

I had everything I ordered. No substitutes. It arrived on time requested by a very helpful polite drive,as usual.

Helpful and courteous staff especially when asking where to find the odd item.

I carefully choose which checkout I use. I always use the people who are most helpful to me ( an aging, slow, fumbling person )
It is getting very expensive to shop at Sainsburys now, and the reductions are minimal. A waste of space and effort by the staff.
I am not the only person saying this. I overhear other customers saying this.

I in general love this store, like the nectar way of building up points & staff are always helpful. However slowly slowly you are going away from your organic selection which is what appealed to our shopping requirements. More recently M&S are able to offer more especially in the meat selection

It was very easy to use the Sainsbury's site. Ordered my groceries and they were delivered ontime. Delivery driver was very knowledgeable and took back any substitutes I didnt want. Money was refunded quickly.

The store had everything I wanted.
Helpful staff and very clean surroundings.

The people who deliver are very helpful and pleasant hats off to them . I am a wheelchair user and they are great.
Sometimes on special offers an item will be missing which means you don’t get the discount e.g the £15 meal deal.
I live on my own and often have to freeze stuff so I have to order enough to qualify for free delivery. Dates for different meals can be the same date! I don’t accept replacements except for steak as you can get something you don’t like as I am brand specific due to autism. For people that struggle to go to the supermarket due to disability can end up going without things and not be able to pop out to get them last minute no flagging system to prioritise people with specific issues. I rely on my home delivery.

Sainsbury's is not polite and helpful towards customers. They do not reply to concerns as once they did and make the process time wasting and difficult. Sadly I am now leaving them and will shop elsewhere. After many years and thousands of pounds spent. I think that unless they address their staff rudeness this will happen with other customers leaving them.

Can’t speak highly enough of the Sainsbury’s home delivery. They are friendly and helpful and will carry your groceries indoors if needed. Thank you to all the helpful drivers we have had.

Most of the items were in stock; the prices were ok; despite changes to the store layout, I managed to navigate my way around the store relatively easily.

Delivery was early which suited me. Driver was friendly and very helpful
