First of all, I'd like to make it clear that hiring a service from one of the agencies listed on SafariBookings doesn't guarantee that the agency is honest. SafariBookings presents the agencies to you, but again, this doesn't guarantee that the agency is honest and that you won't have problems with them.

That said, yes, SafariBookings is a great tool for researching and connecting with agencies. Unfortunately, my last experience with an agency listed in SafariBookings portfolio was unpleasant.

However, I've contacted SafariBookings complaints department to ask for help. SafariBookings support was excellent and decisive in resolving my case. I strongly believe that if it wasn't for SafariBookings mediating and demanding a solution from the agency, the agency wouldn't have solved the problem.

We received quick responses, and all our questions were answered thoroughly. We very much look forward to our safari tour.

From the moment I was contacted I felt heard and understood. I prefer communicating through what's app messaging and email and this was adhered to, I love that I was asked to share my likes and dislikes and a little about who I am so that Claire could structure. A trip that would be perfect for us.
This was a gift for my husband and the girls were absolutely fantastic in going the extra mile by sending me a printable itinerary. If my Safari is as seamless as the booking we are sure to have the best time.
My budget was considered , I was given options and a great info pack on what I need to do before leaving ie visa , medication for malaria etc.
