Prove human puzzle is useless
Prove human puzzle is useless. It’s setup not to work so they don’t have to give you a receipt. I think the stewards/stewardesses know as they recommended I take a picture of the transaction. Luckily I did. Ryanair as useless as ever!!

Prove a human captcha puzzle does not work.
Absolutely pathetic. I need a receipt for onboard purchase and Ryanair send you to this website which is run by Retail inMotion Limited, Building 11, Cherrywood Business Park, Dublin 18, Ireland. To prove you are human you need to slide a jigsaw piece into place. I have tried on several smartphones and desktop computers and it does not work correctly, so impossible to get a receipt. I have emailed them twice with video evidence. Retail inMotion Limited is a subsidiary of LSG Sky Chefs Europe Holdings Limited. LSG Sky Chefs Europe Holdings Limited is part of the LSG Group, which is owned by the German airline Lufthansa. So now I will try LSG.
