Really poor quality expensive rugs that despite only having for a few months are piling and looks very cheap shabby, certainly not was expected given the price. Despite contacting them twice with photos as requested a month later no reply

Excellent service and a gorgeous rug.
We moved house recently and wanted a woollen rug to fit in with everything in the living room. This proved to be hard to find. We saw thousands of options online but weren’t sure.
The Rugvista website then was very accessible and the collection sheer endless. So we started browsing and found a lovely rug.
We ordered this large round one, beautiful quality but as it appeared when we moved in: the wrong colour. Then an antique Afghan rug which was a little too thin for the place where it needed to go. Both rugs we could return (a large term of 100 days! Very good) without any problem. Service to the front door, everything paid for. Money returned swiftly. This way we dared order our third rug, this time a marvellous choice, great quality, just right. Communication easy and correct, no worries attached to the process. We are very happy with our Care&Fair Gabbeh rug. Thank you for the service. I’d definitely recommend this shop to people looking for quality for a good price and with a transparent process.

Disappointed with Defective Rug and Lack of Customer Support
I recently received my order of two rugs, and while one was okay, the other had two noticeable defects. At first glance, they look like stains, but upon closer inspection, it's clear they're manufacturing defects. The issue lies in the threads and how they’ve been sewn into the rug, creating an uneven and flawed appearance.
I’ve already tried reaching out to customer support team through the website by submitting a complaint, but I haven’t received any response yet.

It never arrived
Can't rate the rug because it never arrived. I saved up for a rug I loved for months. Finally ordered it with a black friday deal with 30% off. For some reason my order wasn't processed and I was not informed. I called customer service after three weeks to hear an update, only to hear that the rug is out of stock, they will cancel the order and will offer me a 15% discount code. With no sight of it ever coming back in stock. I really hope the rug will get back in stock, but am so disappointed that it will cost me more and will take so much longer to arrive.
