Absolutely brilliant service, Royal Mail would not deliver stating incorrect address. Contacted Steve at Rubicon. Who dealt with that matter quickly and in a very professional manner and got me a replacement watch out as soon as he confirmed the original was returning to there store. Steve kept my fully updated thought out this. And I had the watch within 2 days after I raised the issue. To the same address Royal Mail did not recognise. I cannot thank Steve and his team enough, highly recommend them. Will be purchasing again from them.

I ordered a timex watch at the beginning of February and it had to be shipped to the USA. Unfortunately FedEx lost the package and I contacted Rubicon watches about refunding my money and shipping costs. They responded that they had another of the same watch and that if I wanted it, which i did. They sent another watch which arrived at my house shortly. I'm really happy with the service and quick responses from them when a problem formed. Thanks again love the watch.

Excellent experience. First time customer with this company and they have been amazing. They were able to accommodate my delivery request. They called me to check if I wanted my bracelet resized and I didn’t answer so they emailed. Items were delivered very fast and quality is brilliant. When the original purchase arrived there was an issue with the operation of the watch. The sales team were extremely helpful arranging for a free return and an identical replacement was received very quickly. Helpful and great customer service.

Got this watch for my birthday over 45 years ago and I soon as I saw it just wanted it , little bit disappointed when out of stock but rubicon emailed me as soon as it became available,i ordered and it was dispatched immediately
Although it’s a little bigger than I remember all those years ago (and I suppose i am a grown up now ) I was delighted with my purchase

I bought a watch from a local jewellers only to find that the days,Mon,Tue,Wed etc. were all in Portuguese! Neither I nor the dealer could change them to English so it was returned to the manufacturer for repair. I called time after as month and took a refund. Rubicon had a watch with similar specification for less money which arrived within a few days and it works just right, (so far🤞), and the days are English.

I found a beautiful dress watch for my wife, on a discounted price, from this seller (wife used to work at a high end jewellers so knows her watches). The watch arrived very quickly but my wife wanted the bracelet to be a bit looser, so I message seller and asked if he could recommend where to buy spare links as I couldn't see it in their shop. Gareth quickly responded and offered to send me a spare link free of charge. Two days later, it arrived and made my wife very happy! In my book this is what you call "excellent customer service!" I was looking for a watch that seemed to be out of stock everywhere and was surprised when I found it on e-bay and it was cheaper than I had seen before. Being from ebay I thought it may be a bit dodgy from but it is absolutely not.
I made a mistake with the address and emailed immediately and was very pleased it was fixed straight away without any problem. It arrived within a week from England to Italy and I could track the package all the way.
The packaging was was secure and the watch arrived in perfect condition. I bought it for a friend and she will love it.
I greatly appreciate everything you have done and am very pleased with the service, price and quality, thank you.

Chose a watch from the Rubicon website and then contacted Rubicon by email with a specific query. Having received a positive reply we then spoke to Steve at Rubicon who answered a couple more questions. We decided to go ahead and he processed the order over the phone.
