The watch I ordered arrived on time and was even more impressive in the flesh than online.Excellently packaged and with all paperwork and gift box.The bracelet had been reduced in size to my wrist measurement at no extra cost.All spare links supplied in box.Best price I have seen online.All the courier services seem to have problems especially the one that fails to deliver EVERY time! Fortunately Rubicon use Royal Mail.Delivery spot on.No worries.I have no fears in recommending Rubicon for quality,Range of products price and delivery.

Watch looked much bigger in photographs, was disappointed when I received it ,as in my opinion it would have been more suitable for a child but advertised as adult ,kept the watch and gave it to my granddaughter,

I ordered a (very) reasonably priced watch in March ‘25 and on receipt, paid to have links removed and a new battery fitted. I was a bit disappointed with the latter, but the battery fitter said that was quite common when watches had been in stock for a while. Anyway, I was really pleased with the watch once sorted, or I was until it stopped working again last week (July ‘25). I contacted Rubicon and received a very quick response asking me how many links had been removed, and that they would adjust a new one and send it out. I received it yesterday, perfectly sized. Time will tell if this watch continues working, but I cannot fault the service received from Rubicon Watches, and thank Steve for the time and trouble taken - he even emailed me to tell me when to expect delivery. Excellent service, thankyou.
