Ordered multiple items from the RSF website for my bathroom. Great customer service. I wish I would have gone to the showroom first as it has so much choice in person. Your showroom is stunning.

This is my 3rd order from RSF Bathrooms, a review was needed this time as it was a big online order, the customer service was amazing once again and they helped me along the way with their advise. All items turned up on time as stated and we are very pleased.

Ordered a tap on thursday evening, the website said it was in stock and all small products are shipped by 24 hour courier; thought the weekend had delayed it a bit, so phoned on monday to enquire, only to be told it wasn't in stock and they were waiting on shipment from Germany. The only reason I bought it was speed of delivery.

A great experience using RSF bathrooms. From initial contact, through design and installation we experienced excellent service and are very happy with our new bathroom.

great services and delivery on time

Delivery was a problem, I ordered the items on Wednesday thinking that they are going to be delivered by Mon/Tue next week just to get a call from unknown number on Friday at 11AM while at work. Of course I couldn't pick up right away and as I called back at 2PM the delivery for Tuesday was no longer an option so I needed to wait until Wednesday. I needed to cancel the order and use another retailer with next day delivery because the items would not be delivered on time.

Honestly if you need reliant delivery option do not choose RSF Bathrooms as the merchant.

I was very impressed with the service I received from RSF Bathrooms. They beat everyone else's price. We had good communication and the product arrived ahead of time. I will be using them again.

Great service - found all my products, all good brands - had slight problem with a shower valve and they replaced straight away . Bathroom is lovely

We were very pleased with the work done by RSF Bathrooms.
We had a small bathroom that had not been updated, so getting a good new design and fit was very important. We came across RSF Bathrooms whilst driving past the Emerson Park area.  The website gave us a good indication of the kind of work they do. We obtained many designs/ quotes from other companies. RSF came up with a design we loved. Andy at the office guided us through the options and arranged the work. The complete work was carried out by Dave and older Andy.  The work started on the given date and was completed on time. 

We needed a complete refit from plastering, boarding, tiling,  electrical work, etc.  During the bathroom work, RSF kept the passages very neat and tidy.  Best part was that they only brought the required items as and when they did they the work. All the staff we dealt with at RSF Bathroom were excellent. We were worried about not having a bathroom for several weeks but they did a great job and on time.   We strongly   recommend RSF Bathrooms.

Very helpful and honest sales
Luke went through a big order with me, helping to find alternative for the ones not in stock. Axor shower arrived as promised.
Still not fitted yet though.

I made an error with the shower screen bracket, and Ricky from RSF made a phone call to Matki who helpfully agreed to waive the £150 cost ans swap the product. Thanks to both

I purchased a shower screen and bath and basin waste, the home page of the website states free delivery, not free delivery with exceptions and I didnt realise until the next day that I had been charged £49.99 so my initial delight at getting my goods at a good price has made my purchase disappointing, the website needs to make delivery charges clearly visible

I bought a Stark basin and L Cube vanity unit from RSF and I have to say they were easy and relatively efficient to purchase from.
Some days into the order they emailed to say the product from Germany was delayed in manufacture and offered a full refund however I continued with the order.
Whilst they didn't keep me updated of delivery time slippage, they promptly answered my queries re this.
The product arrived well packaged.
Their web price was definitely competitive.
I would definitely buy from them again.

Received damaged goods and replacement was refused point blank with invalid company policies used as an excuse.
Had to action a section 75 with my credit card provider in order to obtain a refund.

A well- dodgy company😒😒

Have made two large orders of Crosswater bathroom fittings. Prices were good, delivery was fast and we were kept well informed. The products look great quality and I would definitely order from RSF again.
