Great team - Great service!

The staff at RPM records guided us every step of the way. Most importantly, they gave us the support we needed when we didn’t understand the details of vinyl pressing. They took the phone calls and treated us with patience. Foremost they helped us set up a reasonable payment plan that benefited all parties. Hats off to these people. They truely understand human contact beyond business.

We chose RPM, and did not regret. The cut is amazing and our artwork turned out beautiful! Easy and relaxed communication. These are good people, and I highly recommend working with RPM.

RPM comes highly recommended! Really good service, they answer emails quickly and efficiently and went out of their way to help. I’m extremely happy with the vinyls they printed for me, excellent quality and really good delivery speed. This is the second release I print with them and it definitely won’t be the last!! :)

Really great looking records that sounds amazing!

Working with RPM Records was a positive experience. Releasing music in vinyl can be more complicated than the CD and then is important that your collaborators are attentive and eager to solve problems. The people at RPM Records are that kind of people, honest and hardworking.

I ordered my vinyls in September ’21. I was aware of the fact that the waiting time for vinyls was exceptionally long and had prepared to see my order delivered no earlier than February.

Straight from the get-go I noticed that RPM offered first-class customer service. Communication was clear all the time and I felt as if my order was being taken care of in the best possible way.

My first surprise came when I was informed that my test pressings were ready to be delivered already after a month or so. Shipping was quick and the test pressings sounded absolutely great.

I gave a green light and expected to see the finished product in 3–4 months. Lo and behold, a few weeks before Xmas I get an email saying they’re ready to be delivered!

The final product is amazing, the printing is super high quality and the red transparent vinyl looks and sounds absolutely great.

I am more than satisfied with my order and will be sure to use RPM Records again the next time. I warmly recommend working with them.
